All UK prices for game/cards/bundles

Nintendo Store UK just have so many different bundles and already have a page that shows them really well so I'll just add this link to the OP for them: http://store.nintendo.co.uk/games/nintendo-3ds/animal-crossing-happy-home-designer.list

Also I think I'll cancel all my preorders at ShopTo/GAME. Nintendo Store UK have cheaper amiibo cards. I'll cancel my NFC bundle with them to go for the ?34.85 one at Amazon because I don''t really need that 3DS kit as nice as it is.
 
I've ordered a bundle (3 packs) of cards via game - ?12.49, and I'm going to let it stand.
I've ordered 3 packs from Nintendo UK store - lovely if we get them - that's the issue for me - if we get them - any sort of shortage and Nintendo UK store has in the past cancelled people's pre-orders. I don't entirely trust them - so I'm letting the other order with Game stand.
Frustrating cos I'm possibly going to end up with more packs than I really want to buy - I was hoping a box set would come out - I'd far rather buy a box than individual packs - bound to get duplicates.
I'm sure there's going to be more price changes before release date.
Nintendo UK store - the kit doesn't interest me, the album does but not what I have to buy with it, to get it.

I have never had an order cancelled from Nintendo UK Official Store and I have never had a delivery go missing with the courier they choose.

It must be just me then...

By the way... It is not Nintendo UK Official Store that you should be distrusting in your situation.
It is actually the TheHut.com Group.

JasonBurrows - yeah what I'm saying is hearsay, I've never pre-ordered from Nintendo UK store before, (I've bought from them, but not preorders)- I think I read (Super onm forum, amiibo thread) that there were cancellations of pre-ordered amiibo's due to shortages. It was def a good while ago.
Its possible it could temporarily happen with amiibo cards, the low chance of this has made me keep the Game preorder as a safety net. I have no experience of Game as an online seller, this is the first time I've ordered from them, will have to see won't I.
Might end up with none. No big deal as more cards will come through, as have the amiibos.

I did not mean I have had any issues on delivery, ordered goods have always arrived.

GAME are fantastic! I have been shopping online with them since 2007 and they have never let me down.

The only issue I have with them is that if you want some information, you might sometimes have to keep pestering the GAME Customer Service Advisors to get the information you want...

But hey, I am good at pestering. :cool:

Unless you buy something used from them, in that case GAME are horrible.

Brought a 3ds xl online so I could buy this game in the UK, it arrived broken and wouldn't even get past start up, with noticeable dents in it.

Ironically when I brought it to the store and pretended to sell it they said they don't buy items in that condition, and to think the way it arrived to me was after game "cleans, fixes and reset it"!

I've just brought my amiibo cards from independent sellers, managed to get 40 cards (all npcs and no duplicates) for ?60 alone, can't really complain about that especially since it doesn't seem like my area will be getting any amiibos :/

Amazon has lowered its price to ?4.85. Still horrible but not as bad as ?6.26 (what were they thinking?)

Yep and that's where I got mine from. That's still around $1.77 though which is mean.
Hopefully that price will become normal or - I wish - a higher limit.
 
I want to buy the XL bundle but live in the US, if I buy it, 199 pounds = 304$ in NA..... is it worth it? Is it over priced for the UK too?

Bear in mind that if you order an XL bundle from another region, it's region-locked. So if you order a UK HHD limited-edition N3DSXL, you will not be able to play NA-region games on it (so you wouldn't be able to just nip out to the store down the street, pick up the latest Yoshimon Epic Nightmare Dream House game or whatever and pop it into your UK N3DSXL). You will be limited to playing UK/PAL-region games. If you're good with that, then good luck in your search and I hope you can find what you're looking for at a good price!

Sadly, we can't, without resorting to various unsanctioned workarounds, though these could potentially mess up your device (I don't know about how these things work [but wanted to acknowledge that my statement "we can't" isn't a true absolute], plus this site doesn't allow discussion of such things). Regardless, I wouldn't risk it, and *especially* with a limited-edition console, if that's even possible. Here's a link to a wiki that outlines what all the various Nintendo regions are for region-locked Nintendo devices.
 
I had to cancel my Nintendo UK NFC bundle since it was more expensive and realised they have a shipping charge for orders under ?20. I cancelled my cards for now, I'll wait nd see whether I can pick up packs in store for cheap or if I want more than 6 packs.
