hello! perhaps this has already been discussed and i missed the thread, but i recall info spreading around that when you kick a villager out with an amiibo villager, they will keep the old villagers home external and even internal decor. after having kicked boyd out for wolfgang, i can verify this isnt true. instead what happens is boyd was in boxes right after wolfgang accepted, and the next day his home reverted to a "sold" empty plot. finally today wolfgangs house has moved in and its totally his own! :) so i can verify this info is false. hopefully this ceases the worry of anyone else who was worried about it like i was.

sorry if there was already a thread about this!

Yup,I've moved in four Amiibo card villagers and it's happened like that with all of them. The only thing they do keep from the previous villager is any furniture that is outside of their house. That might be what's confusing some people out there.

See, this is really strange, I moved Ketchup in with an Amiibo and her house is definitely that of Spike who was in there beforehand...
