Any rules as to who you let move onto your island?

The same rules I had for New Leaf apply to this game:

1. No repeating species (this rule is currently put on hold for now because I have two penguins, Boomer and Sprinkle. I'm waiting for one of them to give me a pic first before I replace them)
2. No gorillas (I could consider dropping this for Hans however)
3. No octopi (I could consider dropping this rule if Nintendo brought back Inkwell, he's the only octopus villager I like)

My only rule is that villagers MUST have the thatch roof + wooden exterior to be allowed to move to my island, as that exterior fits my theme and aesthetic.
