Guest, you're invited to help build our new TBT time capsule! It contains three parts, with some of its elements planned to open in 2029 and others not until the distant future of 2034. Get started in 2024 Community Time Capsule: Blueprints.
They're sorta rough ideas since I dont know everything were going to get to decorate the town. I'm assuming a lot with many different themes.
I want the island to be divisible into like 3-4 different areas with different themes.
- zen garden area with bamboo and hot springs, etc.
- a spooky/rundown dark area
- a sparkly fairy area with pastel colors and those illuminated projects all around
The fourth or the rest will be just kinda basic/vanilla with pretty flowers and stuff. Subject to change depending on what kind of stuff we get.
I want the beach to have lots of lounge chairs, umbrellas, and towels but since the beach is so large I can probably figure out a couple of ideas for the beach. I'm definitely putting my house on the beach.
When the first few seconds of the trailer played, I was a little disappointed, because I don’t like the “tropical island” there, but obviously it looks like it will be highly customizable and not too different from a normal “town”. That being said, I don’t know what theme I will have for my island. Like everyone else said, it depends on what will be available (which looks like it will be a lot). I thought that if I ever made a second NL town, I would make it more urban, since ny current town is rather foresty. Id like to take on the challenge of having a more ordered town, and having to do more planning and pay attention to more “rules”.
like others have said, i want to see more of the new items and features before making final plans. i don't know how easy it'll be for me to stick with a singular theme throughout my whole town, especially with eight possible human resident houses to customize, but i'll probably end up with a majority cutesy pastel theme, as always.
I plan on making a Jungle/Amazon Rain Forest if I get a second copy of the game.
This theme is pretty basic but I do plan on making a Resort Themed town- with lawn chairs on the beach, and the homes/rooms being all resortish. Lots of people have that idea but, it seems pretty fun! I think I'll get more ideas as time passes though.
It's hard to say atm until more information is out. I have been thinking of making a tropical winter island as long as dream addresses are still gonna be around. I was also thinking of basing it off a game or some other media. It just needs to be a relaxing island more than anything. Actually I think it's great that we're on an island now and think a tropical theme would be wonderful.
Normally I go for a heavily wooded town with cedar trees and no paths. This time I think I wanna try to fit the tropical theme better or at least go for neutral pwps. Once again I probably won't do paths. Natural all the way.
im just gonna make my town a cute town lol
i was thinking maybe a zen town? but honestly i don't really wanna have a theme that much, i just wanna make my island how i like it haha. despite this, i do wanna have a sense of consistency and organization around the town haha
I?m currently thinking of a theme. Maybe I can do themes based on individual states from the United States. Having eight humans would help expand my horizons even further.
Depending of how the limits for landscaping are this time, I would like to have a town full of cedar
trees only and making a town with a kinda spooky touch/theme. I'm still working on this idea, as
I need more information about the game (such as about landscaping and the limits for trees) to
plan my idea better.
