Anybody else suddenly quit getting notifications for watched threads?

I noticed that new rounds of both starry snaps and house of nightmares went up today, but even though I watch the update thread, I didn’t get notified for any of the recent updates. I quit getting notifications for that thread all together, actually.

This has happened to me with other threads too: I watch them and get notifications for a while, and then it eventually stops.

Anybody else have this problem, or just me?

Both the site and email notifications still work for me, and I did get them for the event thread too.

Just checking, are you visiting the thread after the notifications? Because you won't get a new alert until you've done that. It's why it says "there may be more posts after this".

Yes, this problem has already happened on other Xenforo forums I was in and that was the solution-- sometimes you just fail to see that there's more pages! :'D

yeah, just noticed I've missed a few posts from the events update thread. I've gotten notifications intermittently ever since we changed to Xenforo, so my comment doesn't hold that much weight lol

It was working fine for me, until...last week? I didn’t get all the alerts on the contest & events update thread either, which I am sure that I am watching: those alerts notifications/emails do pop up maybe only half of the time, whether I am logged in or not. This most recent one, for example I am logged in, did not clicked on that thread, did not click on the alert icon - only when I saw it appeared on the mainpage that I realized that it has a new updated post. There is no alert history either. Quite odd indeed.

I haven't been getting notifications, though I may have notifications for watched threads turned off. check your settings and make sure they're turned on.

I haven't gotten notifications from watched threads (including the fair updates one) in a really long time now, I just gave up on that.

There are times I won't get any notification for a thread. I wasn't on the thread when a new post was made. In fact I wasn't even on TBT at all when the new post was made. Along with the event update tjread that I didn't get a notif for even thou 2 new posts went up, there have been other fair related threads that I haven't gotten a notice for at all. There might be more idk.

Also I mean watched threads. I am watching the threads with notifs on cause I received notifs from the event update thread before.

I've been watching the Contest & Event Update thread, and the last time I got notifications about the thread was Sunday. Since then, many more posts have been made.

I don't have that particular thread open in any of my tabs/browsers. I'm not quite sure what I can do to fix this problem, besides making mental notes to physically check in on that thread myself...

I know I already posted in here but once again I am not gettin notifs for the Contest and Event Update thread. I checked and I do have it watched. I thought maybe I had too many threads watched so I un-watched some and still didn't get any notif. I got 5 notifs and they were all likes (and once acceptance but I don't think that matters).
