Apostrophes replaced with Question Marks

Within the last hour I’ve noticed that in several posts (my own and others’) all apostrophes are being replaced by question marks—this was not the case when they were initially posted.

An example is the OP in the “Speculation of Returning NPC’s” thread here

Just thought I’d share!

Yeah that’s been my assumption too (though I didn’t know about the old threads!). I just figured it’d be better to say something in case it’s something that needs tweaking ;ェ;

Alright I’m glad I’m not the only one who noticed!
(Life’s been getting crazy, so seeing question marks everywhere seems totally on brand for me)

This happened to a few symbols because we had to make some changes to the database while importing the data. We should be able to restore them later.
