Are the September Birthstones going to appear anytime soon?

Does anyone know if the September Birthstones will be in stock anytime soon?
My birthday is in September and I'm trying to complete the birthstone set.

I'd be great if someone can give a good answer instead of saying, ' They just stock it late. '
I'd like a reasonable answer.
