Hmmm, maybe that’s why you referred to him as an ex? People just have preconceived notions. We all have our issues regardless of how many if any siblings we have.

Nope, I have an older brother and I'm glad it's just him. My parents didn't want to have anymore than two kids so it worked out perfectly for them. I would want anymore siblings anyways and I would not want to be an only child. It would be lonely.

i have an older sister. she influenced me a lot whilst i grew up so i wouldn't be the same if i was an only child, but i dont think i would be different in a particularly bad way.

I have an older sister. I'm glad I'm not the only person in my generation in my family, but I do wish I had a sibling closer in age as I'd get better along with them. We definitely clash as different generations by age.

I have a brother 8 years younger than me. We get along, but we’re not that close because of the age gap. I think we could have been a lot closer if we were closer in age because I used to like the things he likes now and we could have played together.

I think I enjoyed not being an only child. It’s nice having someone to talk to and go to movies or McDonald’s together on the spot lol

No I have a younger sister (who is on this site but rarely logs in). We grew up together so we are pretty close although we spend most of our days insulting each other or making bad photo edits of each other I also have two step siblings who are about 8 years younger than me but I have only seen them twice in my life.

Nope, I was only an only child until age 4. Then it was my little brother and me for 8 years before my mom got pregnant again. She ended up having twin girls, so I have a total of 3 siblings. I'm 19, my brother is 15, and my little sisters are 7.

I’m technically the middle child, since my sisters are half sisters, and don’t live with me, and one of my brothers is my stepbrother and I don’t think that counts?

Okay, so I live with my mom and stepdad, who have primary custody of me. In that way, I am their only child.

I have to see my biological father in the next state over on visitations two to four times a year and over there I have a half-sister, stepsister, and stepbrother. I find them annoying and I?m glad that I don?t have to see them often.

So yeah, I consider myself an only child. I like my mom and stepdad better. It?s quiet and I?m introverted as hecc so loneliness is not a problem.

I go to Catholic school so only children are very uncommon. Most of my classmates have two to five siblings (I even knew a kid in sixth grade who had ten siblings and one on the way), so they?re always so shocked when I say that I have no siblings.

I love the only child life and I?m glad that my mom can?t have more kids, but even if she could she wouldn?t want them :3

Nope, I have an older brother. He's great. Siblings can truly be a blessing in life. Because of the positive relationship I have with my brother, I certainly want more than one child so my children can experience this strong & unique bond.
