Are You Fluent in Another Language?

I suck at languages. I suck at English and Vietnamese. v o v
I wish I can be super fluent. But so far English is stronger(second language) than Vietnamese (first language).
I remember taking 3 years or Spanish and Sign Language. Didn't do well, cause I honestly have hard time comprehending language overall.

I'm Dutch, so fluent in Dutch and English. I'm currently living in Japan and know enough to get by, and have decent conversation, but I'm nowhere near fluent yet.

I'm French so fluent in French, I can hold a conversation in English but I wouldn't consider myself fluent at all. Hopefully it will happen someday! And I am starting to learn Portuguese, I really wish to live in Portugal long enough to end up fluent.

Out of all of my japanese friends, one says I am fluent. (I think he's just being nice) Americans whom I share friendship with say that I am too (I think they don't know any better). It is not true though. My Japanese is still bawls.

Only learnt it for about a year and I dropped it as a subject cause I sucked at it, I got to go to France though

I struggle with even speaking English lmaolmaolmao. I'm fluent in Welsh and English, I learnt them both at the same time. I'm learning Swedish, nowhere near fluent but I can read a bit of Swedish.

What I find helps with my learning is writing an essay or a story in Swedish and then reading it back.

Pig Latin ia still a joke, I think. Last time I heard someone talking about it was in grade 9 when these kids bragged that they knew it.

Same that was the last time I heard it lol. In high school I remember for a while people used to take it so seriously but I just thought it was weird.
