Are You Fluent in Another Language?

Same here, I can read French very well but my pronunciation is...

Haha I'm pretty much the opposite. I'm still pretty darn good at reading French, but for some reason pronouncing it comes so naturally to me. Usually I'm horrible at writing it because I'm just bad at remembering the little things in French grammar and spelling.

I'm fluent in English (first language) and Polish (native language)- almost fluent, but I make a lot of mistakes that make it obvious I've lived outside of Poland most of my life >-< I'm learning French in school, and Japanese as a hobby. I don't have plans to take up any other languages at the moment c:

Fluent English and Spanish, not really rare but uh, proud to have Puertorican blood ;3 (Just learned the Spanish from being Puertorican, and learned abut 25% of my English from Dora the Explorer (yes xD) and rest from just when i moved here.)

I learned 90% of my Spanish from Dora the Explorer. I don't know a lot of Spanish. I forgot 50% of the Spanish I learned from her. But I can still count!

Ese momento quando tu no has escribido espa?ol en cien mil a?os

I probably mispelled half this sentence lmao

or I think it can be both ways? You are saying: "No, you wrote good!" and when you put the s it becomes "No, you wrote it good!"?

English is my first language but I can also speak French and want to learn ASL or Tsalagi (I am Cherokee Indian and really wish I had grown up knowing my native language but I sadly did not).

Nope. I've a decent understanding of several languages in terms of reading and listening; but when it comes to actually speaking in them I'm useless.

Noooo, I would love to be fluent in a billion different languages, but I only speak English. I took a German class for a few years in high school, however I wasn't able to get a grasp on it. We were only taught some basic things such as greetings, common words and phrases, etc. The final level in the German Class was going to really teach me how to apply everything I learned, and you would HAVE to speak German in the class. However, because I started taking my language class a year late, I missed out on the final level of German. Of course I could always try learning in my spare time, but right now is not the time for learning another language.

Not exactly fluent but I'm coming along in French and Japanese.

Hahahahhahahahahhahahahaha

No

Although I'd absolutely love to be
The language I know the most of is Spanish aunque odIO ESPA?OL
I know a bit of Japanese just because...idk.... (ahem...あなたのお母さんの車はピンクです. For some reason this is the phrase I say to people when they ask me to speak Japanese....it just sounds....long and impressive, and that's the extent of my abilities so um yeah oops)
I also know a teeny bit of Korean which I'm trying to improve on but I'm lazy. (바나나 입니다....... ? Lmao)

Nope! Besides English, I know Vietnamese and Spanish. I know the Vietnamese language fairly well, I suppose. As for Spanish...I don't know a whole lot of it lol. I'm currently taking a Spanish 1 class owo~

Danish is my main language, but I'm obviously also fluent in English, I've also had classes in German, and French, but I don't remember any of it.

Yeah I don't know, I'm iffy. I speak it to my parents sometimes, but they know English so why should I speak Spanish? XD

Oh, also, a tip peeps! For those of you want to learn/be fluent in another language, there's a free app called "Duolingo". It has you speak it, write it, translate sentences, etc! This isn't sponsoring, it's how I fully learned French! ^-^ It's actually like a game, haha.

I really want to learn Japanese, I have the genki textbook, but i am so unmotivated by textbook style learning. >-<
