Yes! I've always liked gyroids and the new designs are ridiculously cute. I plan to put them in a bunch of my rooms and in different spots on my island.

I think I would be more compelled to collect these ones as they're much smaller than the original gyroids, however realistically I'll probably do what I always do and just keep the ones I like :)

Absolutely! I was hoping they would add gyroids in a future update; I want to try to collect all of them to decorate.:)

I'm excited for them! I don't think I will keep every one of them, but I agree with everyone - they look super cute while still having the gyroid vibe.

I think I’m going to try and collect them. My fiancé doesn’t play anymore and I didn’t know what to do with his house, but now it is going to be a gyroid museum.

i am! i didn’t really collect them in the previous games either, but i’m super excited to do so in this one! they all look adorable, and i can’t wait to see how many different designs there are! i’ve been dying for something new to collect for ages now, now that my orderable catalog is mostly complete and i have every diy, so the gyroids are definitely one of the things that i’m looking forward to the most from the update! 😊

I don't know how the gyroids thing works exactly since it's my first Animal Crossing game but I'll discover that soon, and I'm super excited to collect them, I love them so much already 😮

I'm going to collect at least one of each, but will only use the ones I particularly like. Might sell extras, it depends where I could put them on my island or whom I could give them to. I'm really looking forward to getting my first one.

In past games, I only saved those that went with with the theme I had in that room. For example, I had a space themed room and I had all the nebuloids in there.

I am a bit of a completionist, and this will be a fun new thing to add to my daily routine, but I don’t see myself going crazy for gyroids like some. I wish the museum had a collection room for these, because I really don’t want to display these at my house. Oh well.

Considering the expansion of our storage coming in the new update, I feel like I might as well, but it also kind of depends on what all is available in terms of new designs and whether classic families of gyroids are present. I've been fond of the gyroids since the GameCube game and I have certain variants I'm particularly fond of that I would definitely want to use. I'd usually sell ones that I wasn't particularly attached to in the previous games, but I might go for a full collection on one of my characters just because I could cram them all in storage so why not. If the only gyroids available are just newer ones that are smaller, more compact and more cutesy, I'd probably be less interested but would still collect some of them that I like.

I saw somewhere that you can get Gyroids by planting them and watering them? is this true? or does anyone know any more details about how this works exactly?

Of course I'm going to collect them. I never did manage to get them all in NL but I was close, I love the redesigns too so I'm excited to see how many there are this time around

Wait you can.... Sell them? You can.... SELL THEM? There used to be so many I never used (no space for them) and they just kinda sat around

Yeah I'll be collecting them in all colorways as well as keep some extra to help other people complete their collection. Hope Brewster'll still have his gyroid storage

I always sold them in previous games but I think the new design of them is much cuter, so I will definitely be keeping a lot more of them - not sure if I'll fully commit to a collection but I definitely am liking the idea of having a wide variety of them across my island and in my home

I saw a few from the direct that are cute so I might keep them. They are kind of creepy to me so I'm still on the fence about a garden for them. I'll probably be very selective about which ones to keep.
