I had this subject on my mind as while I am at a healthy weight level, I did have a weight problem from 2009 until around 2012 or 2013, and weight problems are common here in the southern US. Do you have one or no?
Personally mine went away largely because I grew taller, and I haven't had it come back since I exercise almost regularly.

I was a healthy weight until 2015, when I had to start taking a steroid medication to get rid of the severe eczema issue I was having with my hands. That caused me to gain 10 lbs. Between 2015 and probably last Summer, I had gained another ~25 lbs, perhaps because I was depressed or because my body was just severely acting up.

I've lost 10 lbs since then. I'm 5'3" and I currently weight 160 lbs; even though I don't look overweight/fat at all, my BMI (which prob isnt accurate anyways) says I'm way overweight. I'm hoping to get back down to around 135, where I was at the beginning of my Sophomore year of HS, but I don't know how I'm gonna get there yet.

Can you please add under weight? Weighing too little is not "healthy weight"

I was underweight when I started university, but my metabolism has slowed down and my eating habits have been really bad. Now I'm a healthy weight, but I do have a bit of tummy chub :)

I'm used to being around 110-120 lbs., at which point I was told I was "too skinny". I am now 135 lbs. after having a baby, which is in the healthy weight range, but I am now being treated like I'm overweight. I'm certain I'm suffering from a serious health condition (hEDS), but all that is being suggested is "lose weight and you'll feel better." All this weight stuff really gets on my nerves, lol.

I'm a healthy weight right now but was underweight throughout high school due to having an eating disorder.

I used to be underweight before I started uni, since then I changed my eating habits and now I'm at a healthy weight.

I'm slightly over what the 'healthy' weight for my height is. I'm tryna lose weight rn, and it's going pretty well, so hopefully I can be there soon lol

I don't really trust BMI, cause I have a lot of muscle mass, and your BMI says your overweight if you have a lot of muscle. So usually I just worry about my measurements and whatnot lol

I would say I'm healthy weight, but I also have the body type -both weight and height- of a 16 yr old :/

I think I have a pretty healthy weight but that doesn’t mean I have a healthy diet. Physically I have the average body type of someone my age

I'm relatively overweight, potentially even obese. I'm fine with the way I look, but I've recently started dieting just cuz I wanna reduce my risk of heart disease and diabetes, especially since the latter is something I'm genetically predisposed to. I'm actually slightly sad at the idea of not being fat anymore from an aesthetic standpoint, I've learned to love being a super big dude so I'm hoping to put on some muscle to continue being big. I'm only 5'7 so I'm not one of those people that can appear big by height alone.
I actually would say I eat healthier than a lot of people, but I just have a tendency to eat more calories than my body needs (so like, foods that are considered health foods but in double or triple the amounts that are recommended) and I also sometimes struggle to exercise on a regular basis due to issues with depression.

That being said, I'm agreeing with what others are saying that I think there are more categories to weight than just healthy, overweight, or obese, like underweight, and maybe muscular? (Maybe muscular counts as healthy? I'm not a health expert)

I'm under due to my metabolism and I have some other eating-related struggles. I'm sure my metabolism will slow sometime soon thanks to what everyone else is saying.

I'm 20 pounds underweight and that's the closest I've been to healthy weight my whole life. I was told in Junior High that I couldn't join track if I couldn't put on 10 more pounds, and I've been 102 throughout all of high school. I literally can't put on weight if I try.

I am slightly overweight. I was a healthy weight for most of my life, but getting older and working a desk job make it easy to put on a little extra weight. On top of that, I really don't like working out, but I've been trying to exercise for 5-10 mins a night just to maintain my current weight. I can't afford to buy new clothes if I change pant sizes yet again.

Is there any way to add that option?

I've added it to the poll for you. :)

I'm finally at a healthy weight after being underweight my entire life. I look back at photos from when I was under 25 now and God I looked awful - I don't understand how people would tell me it was attractive; I was a little over 100lbs at 5'6" and had maintained that since my teens. I put on 25lbs in the past 2yrs after the dreaded hit metabolism takes mid-20s and feel so much happier and healthier for it. Who knew weight gain could improve your body image and self-esteem? 🙃

I fluctuate between healthy and underweight. I'm on the skinny side with really high metabolism and I don't gain weight easily. Especially if work is crazy and I don't have time to properly exercise and eat, I'll lose weight really quickly and feel super lethargic.

I'm a few pounds overweight, but I've lost a good 2 and a half stone since the Summer so I'm working on it!

I've pretty much always been at a healthy weight. I've never been overweight. I think there was this point of time where I was really underweight, but managed to get to a better weight. I find it weird because my eating habits suck.
