Are you losing interest in New Leaf?

Nope! Some days I don't have that much time to play, but I'm still enjoying it just as much as when I first got it.

No. I play daily as I don't time travel, I didn't spoil myself. I still have goals, I have just torn down the fountain in front of the train station to replace it with a more consequent plaza with a flower clock, a bench and some lamp posts.

My house only has 2 rooms (main floor + 1st floor) so there is still work to be done. I only have 3 villagers pictures.

EDIT : I have been playing since late june. Daily.

Yeah buddy I'm with you!
I play daily I don't TT I still have my things to do. House has 2 more explanations till payed off. And I'm workng on my trees and flowers and my hole town appearance. I have a lot of pride in my town.

Sadly, yes. Pokemon X has taken away most of my attention for New Leaf. And no, TTing did not make me lose interest but kept me interested in it.

not yet! Still play regularly. Although its the only game I play. Really can't care less about Pokemon. lol. Once I stop playing AC my DS will start gathering dust. lol

I TT too, and that definitely did not make me lose interest. If anything, it actually helped me stay interested.

I've just grown bored of the same routine every day:

water flowers
dig up fossils/gyroids
talk to neighbours
have them ask to be brought a fruit, animal, or furniture

A little bit to be honest.
As much as I love ACNL, it does get a little repetitive and I just don't play like I used to. I have moments when I will play for 3-5 days straight and then I'll play it for as little as 10 minutes for 2 weeks after that.. I guess it just depends on how I feel.
I will definitely play it until around June next year, just so I get to participate in all of it's events.

Yes :( After school started I haven't had much time with the game (or forums) because of the work I have to do. I have popped in a couple times over the last week but it's obviously only been for about a half hour. Sometimes routine does just get boring. I hope that Halloween will bring me back, at least for a little bit.

No, but I am getting bored of playing NL exclusively. I've been doing that since mid-June when I got the game. I miss other games. I need to play other stuff too.

I may not play as long as I used to but I check in on my villagers daily for about an hour or two. I still have a lot of stuff I have to finish. I like to build stuff slowly so I don't run out of stuff to do. As for time traveling: I don't get why people get so worked up about it. If you don't time travel thats great, if you do thats also great. I personally do both. My main is pure while my side is for getting holiday items to decorate my main towns house. IRL I really get into decorating for Halloween in AC its no different.

My answer: A little but mainly no.

I'm on the fence about pokemon x and y, I'm leaning more towards not purchasing it. I hated the last one I played.(black)

I'm not playing as much as I used to as there isn't much landscaping to be done anymore, but I still do my daily chores ^.^ and may stay in for ages! like the other week! I was on for 10 hours taking up my path way and using another character to place them back down so I had more pattern space on my main character.

No, but not spending all my time on ACNL has helped. Playing Pokemon in between gives me abit of a break, so when i go back i enjoy it. :3

Honestly, kind of. And then I wanted a break from Pokemon and school, and then I spent more time in the game than I expected!
It helped that I visited another town and stuff. ^^

No. I played AC:WW for 3 years. I retired that game only because I'm now playing NL. Interacting with my town's residents makes me happy. Walking around and taking care of my town is relaxing. The prospect of having new villagers move in and out keeps me interested. I want to meet every animal in the game. :)

A little bit. I still play everyday to buy the candy. I'm in the process of moving in with my Aunt and crocheting hats to sell.

well, it is animal crossing. its rare to find players who will play hours everyday. i go through weeks where i may only log 5 hours, others 10, or 20+. it all depends on what there is do in the game and your motivation. AC is a social sandbox. most players will come and go as time goes. the seasons changing and events play a big part.

nah. havent played as much rn due to being too exhausted to do anything when i get home from school tho but once i get my lazy butt working then ill probably play more
