your character juniper is cute!! did anything in particular influence their design?
Hi! How are you and your cat doing?![]()
1. I saw that you mentioned liking Harley Quinn. What about her do you like the most?
2. Do you have any fun plans for the rest of the summer? If so what do you have planned if you donāt mind me asking?
3. Any idea what your dream job is?
I have this one burning question: Why do you have a burning Elmo custom dress in the first place? Is it a meme or a joke that I'm not aware of?felt like a good time to bump this randomly after several months. :ā)
hellooooo!!! iām doing pretty good, man! iām on spring break this week, so iāve just been relaxing and focusing my time on my hobbies and interests (while neglecting my english assignment thatās due on monday, but oh well xjdkdn) and am feeling pretty decent mentally!! how are you!!broooo how u doinnnnnn
I have this one burning question
hm. i think the main thing i've always loved about living here is the free healthcare. sure, itās not great and the waiting times are horrendous, but at least it hasnāt put me into hundreds of thousands of dollars of debt, yāknow? i wish all countries offered free healthcare. What are the things you like and dislike about living in Canada?![]()
iād say my favourite flower is a tulip, but iāve also always really liked roses, carnations, sunflowers and of course, bellflowers lol!Do you have a favorite flower? c:
not any that have been announced so far, no. i was excited for switch sports, but not so much anymore now that i know itās not really compatible for the switch lite. Are there any games that were announced this year that you're looking forward to?
Ahaha I always forget that kinder surprises are banned in the UShm. i think the main thing i've always loved about living here is the free healthcare. sure, itās not great and the waiting times are horrendous, but at least it hasnāt put me into hundreds of thousands of dollars of debt, yāknow? i wish all countries offered free healthcare.
...plus, we have coffee crisp and kinder surprise eggs here.
my least favourite thing is the fact iāve lived here in the same country, the same province, even the same city, my whole life. there are certainly worse places that i could be living, but iām ready for change ā even just moving to a new city would be great lol.
doug ford and stephen lecce are also, uhā¦ not great lol.
it still baffles me that out of everything that should be banned or less easily accessible in the u.s., they chose to ban kinder eggs.Ahaha I always forget that kinder surprises are banned in the US
Free healthcare is definitely a bonus. Itās much the same here in NZ, some of the wait times are horrific, and ngl our healthcare system is hanging by a thread lol. But Iāve recently been very grateful to have access to it as I didnāt have to pay for hospital bills or my surgery in the past month!
Changing cities can be a good experience! I moved out of my hometown almost a year ago. The only downsides to it is having to meet new people and try to make new friends, which is something I havenāt really achieved yet haha. Iām not a social person so it doesnāt really bother me. It definitely gets you out of your comfort zone though.
Howās your ACNH island going? How complete is it?
Oh that sucks. They actually confirmed that it won't work for one of their systems? What were they thinking?not any that have been announced so far, no. i was excited for switch sports, but not so much anymore now that i know itās not really compatible for the switch lite.![]()
sheās okay, i guess. i honestly donāt really think about her or have much of an opinion on her. i like a couple of her songs, but thatās about it.Random question, but do you like Madonna?
yeah, itās unfortunately been confirmed that switch sports wonāt work on the lite. the game apparently requires motion controls and detachable joycons, which the lite doesnāt have. it sucks, but iām glad i found out before purchasing or preordering. that wouldāve been a huge waste of money lol.Oh that sucks. They actually confirmed that it won't work for one of their systems? What were they thinking?
Actually the eggs aren't banned. Or at least not where I am from. I work at a warehouse and I see them all the time. Maybe someone just isn't listening or they're super old and expired.
I can totally get not having the motivation or energy to decorate Xara. I felt that throughout this whole pandemic because when I wasn't working my insane hours, I was just too worn out to want to do much, let alone log on and be forced to use one of the few decorating options. I'm kind of getting back into it now that it isn't so restrictive with the creative flow, but it would had helped if it was a choice they gave us day 1 launchers from the getgo.
Do you have any big plans for the Summer? Or like any big ideas that you want to try this year?
Thank you! It feels like it's been a long road, but at least it's mostly behind me and I'm almost back to normalityit still baffles me that out of everything that should be banned or less easily accessible in the u.s., they chose to ban kinder eggs.
i feel you! free healthcare definitely isnāt always great healthcare, but at least we have access to it. i was really sorry to hear that you broke your leg and required surgery, by the way; i can only imagine how painful thatās been. iām glad youāre getting your cast off soon, though! i hope your recovery continues to go well and that walking around again when youāre able to wonāt be too bad or painful!
getting to meet new people would actually be one of the upsides to moving for me. i have so many bad memories of the friends iāve had here and am always afraid of running into them whenever i go out, so iām definitely ready to get away from that lol. i feel like my social life and the quality of the people i know would improve drastically if i moved, if that makes sense.
i honestly donāt really play acnh all that much anymore. iāll boot the game up once or twice a week, or every couple weeks, but thatās about it. iām really hoping to get back into it eventually, but i sadly donāt see that happening anytime soon since depression and burnout have made playing feel like a chore to me. as for my island, it is not complete at all. even when i played daily and loved it, iāve avoided decorating, landscaping and terraforming my island because i always wind up comparing what i do to what other people have done, and that makes me feel like ****. plus, i honestly just never have the energy for it lol; i prefer to focus on completing my catalog and all nook mile achievements, as well as meeting as many villagers as possible and obtaining their photos/posters. at the moment, i only have 2 completed areas on my island ā my yard and my celestial lounge area, and i actually really like them!! they may get moved if i ever decide to give terraforming a go, but i likely wonāt change anything about their actual designs ā i like them just the way they are. :ā)
