You're fine @kikotoot, we're having fun. I just think it's funny how I wasn't sus of you at all until you made that big long post that made me overthink everything you said.
I think the biggest thing to decide on now is whether or not we vote tonight. It sounds like most people are in favor of waiting it out for one more night, so that hopefully people can use their abilities to gain more information. We would lose another townie, but it would be better than losing two townies because we voted wrong.
the main one is the fact that you (to our knowledge, as you've made no claims/provided no info on it, which is totally ok cuz it's the early game after all) didn't use a power tonight, while simultaneously believing your power didn't need recharging.
There aren't too many scenarios I can think of where a power that can be used freely *wouldn't* be used freely, especially when it can possibly help shed some light on a, presently, very dark game. At the same time, I don't know what powers exist usually in mafia, so I could be wrong here.

Quoting myself here, this kind also goes for everyone who's power doesn't need recharging and didn't share anything tonight, so it's mildly a moot point.
There's also the counter suspicion of mafiosas wanting to draw recharges to themselves, so it is kind of a "You're sus in either case for withholding power info/not-using-powers" which would make basically everyone sus at this point
as far as i can tell from what shawo said to me, if anyone has used their 1-use ability, i can give that ability back for use the next night. but it can have no effect as that's what seemed to happen when i randomly used it on rosetti. probably because rosetti didn't need a recharge?
im sorry to interrupt this very important conversation, but reading kiko's post made me realize we probably need some term for the mafia. we could just say mafia/mafioso/etc. or

there is no rationale for this it was just the first gang i thought of. there's probably more scenario-relevant gangs and im just drawing a blank

This is correct, my reasoning being that I don't know if there's another ability that I should look out for while using my own (I only want to use when necessary/useful just to be safe)

It sounds like some of these abilities are loosely based on traditional mafia roles, but with a shawo twist. The re-charging thing is definitely new and might be applied to more OP abilities so that they don't get overused.

TLDR, I don't think my overt suspicion in Emolga is really too warranted. the logic follows that I'd have to be suspicious of basically everyone else

To answer this, I'd be giving away what my ability does, which I very much do not want to do tonight (or possibly ever).
I can say that I am not the detective though, and I don't know if there is a detective.
Trust that I thought rationally about how I could make the best use of my ability given the messages here during day 1. I wasn't planning on using it until reviewing the messages here.

So I’ve finally read up on the conversation and now I’m highly sus on Emolga, I have been for awhile based on their manner of speaking but trying to draw recharge now too? And drawing needless attention to themselves while claiming their role is important is contradictory.

Kiko asked me how complex my role was, which I replied to and said if they wanted any other info I could go into slightly more detail, but didn't want to do too much because I don't want mafia to have an idea on what my role is, I'm fine with them knowing that I have something that is important (you might figure out why later)

I am concerned that we went a whole night cycle and don't seem to have gained anything other than people finger pointing at each other, makes me worry about how powerful town's roles are this game.

Answer to two questions. @Mistreil
1. I'm not giving any role information upon death. (Mostly because it's hard to stagger identity info + role info between day night cycles.)
When someone dies I will be revealing their information the next cycle after they die. So if Kilzas identity (guess before then) will be outed at the end of the cycle and NOTHING else.
2. The only way for a power to be stopped is if someone gets roleblocked. @kikotoot
My ability would still work if it targeted a dead player for example, as long as I wasn't ALSO roleblocked.

Edit: Also I'm going to keep the schedule the same. Since... it seems the only person it affects is me. waking up at 9 am is hell on earth.
You're also free to submit night actions in advance if you're worried about time zones as accommodation, you can also change them at any point. And in the event that you die a horrible death, I just won't do your night action.
The last free piece of information I'm offering is that I believe this to be a "balanced game".

Karma do be throwing alot of susses (she was sus of Kiko too). To be fair I think if our special abilities reveal no information again, we are going to have to resort to sussing based on social deduction because we can't just keep voting no eliminate. I do think it's a bit early to be saying Emolga is highly likely Squirtle Squad though, unless you have other reasons why you're sussing on them @IonicKarma

You are right that I shouldn't be saying highly likely though as of right now, I still do think they are the most sus out of the group. I don't have any evidence to back anything up so its not like it amounts to much right now.
If there is 3 mafia, they've said enough strange stuff to have me pretty convinced they are part of the Squirtle Squad. If theres only 2, then im not sure.
