I only eat bananas if the peel is fully yellow, no brown and no green. I am uneducated when it comes to bananas. Plantains aren't bad thou.
Whenever I eat like literally two bites of a straight up regular banana, my stomach instantly starts to hurt. Idk what it is, the texture is horrible and the taste isn't that appealing to me. Also if I drink somethin like a smoothie with half banana half somethin else, my stomach hurts, so it's not just a texture thing.
