i snack a little on things throughout the day, and i eat one full meal for dinner ^^ this isn’t that consistent, but it’s what i find myself doing most days
It's inconsistent for me, honestly. Whenever I'm hungry, I'll eat. It may not even be a full meal, but maybe a snack. Or sometimes I just don't eat at all xD
I’d say it’s usually twice a day. I skip breakfast if I’m not up super early (which is… almost never being a college student dmdkd). So it’s usually lunch and dinner. I’ve had really bad days though where I’ve only eaten once a day though, and it happens a little more often than I’d like.
i try and aim for 3 meals a day! i don't hit the target everyday but i'm doing a lot better than my usual one meal in the evening, and then grazing on snacks until bedtime!
I try to get three meals a day, but sometimes I miss breakfast or lunch. If I have a really busy work day, I usually don't have time to stop and eat something. So from 4am-2pm I don't eat anything heavy and then eat a really late lunch after. So then I'm not hungry until way later at night for dinner.
There isn't really a usual amount of times I eat in a day since it always varies from day-to-day. I almost never eat breakfast, so the most actual meals I have in a day is 2 (lunch and dinner) and then snacks if I get hungry in-between or after. Though there've been plenty of days where I only have one meal and snacks.
Today so far looks like it'll be a "2 meals and some snacks" day. I've just had lunch and have dinner planned, and I have some fruit and other yums to snack on if I need/want to!
Depends how late I wake up if I’m super exhausted and wake up close to midday, then I’ll probably just eat lunch for breakfast so then I only have two meals. I have 3 if I wake up earlier though
my eating habits are quite inconsistent. some days i don't really have an appetite and tend not to eat much, and other days i feel so hungry and need to limit myself on what times in the day i can eat to avoid having too much. im trying to fix this however, as lately ive been having three smaller meals in the day and trying to get used to this routine as it's been helping quite a lot.
