I chose once a day because I usually only eat lunch. This didn't always be the case but now it is. No time to really eat breakfast and I don't like eating too late, especially after a really big lunch.
Typically 3, I would say. Something at work, something when I arrive home, and then something later in the evening if I'm feeling hungry and depending on what I'd had earlier. I *could* eat breakfast, but I prefer to wake up a bit later in the morning instead.
3 meals a day for me, breakfast, lunch and dinner. I never used to eat breakfast until I was ~15, after which it became a problem because I was getting prone to fainting, and eating at least something for breakfast kept my blood sugar up. Now I couldn't live without eating something in the mornings lol
I eat two meals a day and follow an 18:6 IF schedule, though this wasn't intended and just kinda worked out that way with when I typically eat my meals. I'll eat around 12-1pm and then again around 5-6pm with no snacks in between, and no drinks barring water. I've found that doing this is what works best for managing certain digestive issues of mine and also fits in well with my workout routine and the rest of my lifestyle.
I'm pretty inconsistent at the moment, but between two and three meals a day, depending on what time I get out of bed hahah. And some days I'll have snacks, others I won't. I always have breakfast and dinner though. I really should try to be more consistent, but it's difficult when my entire schedule is so varied throughout the week
2-3 times a day! usually when i live by myself in my apartment i only get 2 meals in, whether it’s because i skip breakfast or am too busy/full for lunch. i almost never skip dinner though because at that point i’m pretty hungry sometimes i actually forget to eat lunch when im fixated on work and my boyfriend gets very concerned and buys me food LOL
though now that i’m going back to my hometown i’m eating 3 times a day more often than not! meals with family is important for our house c: there are times when i skip lunch purely because my parents arent home that time yet due to work, and i’m not used to eating alone at home makes me feel weird to eat by myself at the big dining table, hehe. when i’m hungry i just get a snack at eat at my room lol.
2-3 times a day, sometimes I skip breakfast. I've been trying to lighten up on meals tho for my health because I have bad acid reflux and it relieves it a bit
I eat at work and once I get home. Sometimes I eat breakfast, although I should probably always eat something for breakfast since I'm often hungry before the first meal...
Not really consistent. Most days 3 meals or 2 meals with snacking. Some days I would only eat one meal because I would go out another lunch time and eat something that would make me full for the rest of the day
usually 3 times a day! on the weekends i eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner but on weekdays when i work i eat lunch at work, eat a snack (but its more like another lunch/meal) when i get home, and then dinner.
