Ok I have an idea =) I'm going to allow 2 more people into the group. This will ensure we have 4 people no matter the time. Unfortunately I do not have 6 masks. I think that once everyone arrives, you receive your Blue Ogre Mask, but when you leave the party, you return it. This will ensure we always have the mask for parties and events. Also I am considering doing it with some equipment as well, when the party calls for certain equipment. Thoughts?

This will also include anything like balloons and bubble wands. I have like 10 balloons.
