I'm mainly excited for Brewster, because I want more buildings in my main street area. I've already planed the perfect spot to put the cafe (I have a balcony inbetween my shops, with a forced perspective garden to enjoy whilst you sip the beverages. I'm also in winter, and well diving will give me hyperthermia, so I need a warm drink on my island to save us.

This is a tough one. I think I would like to see Brewster back first only if his cafe has been expanded to add new stuff that we can purchase or unlock. Like having a hot coffee, cold coffee, and a takeout option. Being able to work for Brewster. Having an option to buy coffee cakes or some sort of sweet to give your villager. Being able to give him gyroids to have him display them in a special room or something. Just something extra with him.
Otherwise, I would prefer to see the Dream Suite back first. That way I can go explore other people's towns whenever I want and not feel like I'm being a nuisance to somebody for taking my time.

I voted for the Dream Suite as I vastly prefer its function, and I think it adds so much to the game. That said, the Roost theme is my favourite from any game and I think I'd cry if I heard it rendered in NH.
I don't like the cafe as a separate building, if it comes back I'd prefer it be back in the museum.

Definitely the dream suite – while the café deserves to return too, I frequented the dream suite far more than I did the café in NL because visiting other towns was always so inspiring to see people's unique creations. With NH's infinitely more expansive customization options, the dream suite is a must. It would be best to have it as an island we visit like we do with Harv's.

I like Brewster, but I'd much prefer to get a dream suite. Much better for inspiration, and i think it would be so cool (and unlikely) if they put it on Harv's island so you can travel a little through that forest to get there.
That's actually a good idea, this way we won't have to make space on our island for new buildings. Or maybe there could be a new island we could visit to go see the dream suite and other npcs such as Katrina or something like that.

I was voting for Brewster at first, but then I thought about it and I do agree with you. I'm more interested in the Dream Suite because I need a lot of inspiration for my island and the Dream Suite was the best thing to do that. Also, I just reset my island, so the Dream Suite would definitely come in handy right about now. >.>

I desperately want both, but if I had to choose, it would be Brewster easily. We can always get island inspiration from YouTube and other places if we had to, even though the Dream Suite would be much better.
Brewster and The Roost are more important to me because they add to the immersion. I love seeing villagers and NPCs in the cafe and I love being able to walk around sipping my coffee. Also, I love Brewster as a character as well.

Why pick one if you can have both? Although in order of priority, I personally want Brewster and gyroids to return first. I've already reserved a spot for his cafe if it's going to be its own building. Also gyroid are cool. I want to collect them all this time.

I have seen enough of those “Animal Crossing: New Horizons” Five-Star Island videos that I don’t feel they’re effective. To have a Dream Suite, so people can be set up with Dream Addresses, is necessary. That way, one can take his time with a Dream visit on someone’s island.
I want Brewster with the hope that his cafe has more than coffee. I would like it to be a place which sells us baked goods. Perhaps, one can take home a cake. Use it as decoration in one’s kitchen.

I don't think having a cafe would be redundant for this reason. The player-made cafes can be cute, but villagers can't really interact with it beyond sitting in a chair. This also might be the barista/coffee snob in me, but espresso machines need to be indoors lol
Stepping out the resident services door to basically be nose deep in his fur bugs me so much I can't help but laugh every time. I really can't believe they play tested the game and didn't get enough complaints to at least move him just a few tiles to the right
The Dream Suite, by far! I can’t believe it’s losing. Brewster is iconic and I would love to see him return, but just being able to buy coffee from time to time isn’t nearly as exciting as being able to visit any other entire new island any time you want to. I used the Dream Suite all the time in NL and went days without entering the cafe. I love the excitement of exploring someone else’s island on my own; it’s miles away from just watching a video in YouTube or something.

definitely the cafe over the dream suite. i'm not interested in exploring other people's islands, largely because i don't want to feel inadequate about my own, and social media makes it so much easier for people to share their towns that we're not in desperate need for the dream suite.
the cafe also has more potential for development and "stages" to unlock. you could start off with the basic cafe -- a distant brewster and a single menu item of coffee. the more frequently you visit, the more brewster warms up to you (like in older games) and the more the menu, and even the building, expands. you could unlock a wider range of drinks (even if only hot ones) and a pastry display so you can walk around holding little donuts and cakes like your villagers do. in the summer, you could get the same ice-lollies as your villagers and the ice-creams from NL. once you hit max. friendship with brewster, he could offer either gyroid-exclusive storage or maybe just additional storage in general. one expansion could include a side-room or stage for KK to perform in, instead of having him block resident services, and this could also bring the return of DJ KK. (who i actually preferred lol.) maybe the more you visit, the more popular the venue becomes and that's how you unlock the part-time job (since brewster needs a hand) and the gradual rewards that come with that. endless possibilities!

i voted for dream suite because id like to have the ability to go to other peoples towns to get inspo without having to have interacted with them online to get the dodo code.
