you just sign up, earn bells through posting and competitions and the lottery! No form of payment is taken on this site!
you may add an avatar through the settings at the top of the page, once clicked look to the left you'll see various options find the avatar one and you can add or change. You can have an animated avatar or even make it larger using TBT bells earned through the various ways, you can even sell stuff like signatures and pixels! I hope this has helped you!
