Just a couple more days!
Anyone else self-isolating? I have been for 72 hours... I am in LA and everything is basically totally shut down now at this point anyway... could get worse for a little bit too... can't wait to get ACNH, it will make passing the time SO easy haha. No time traveling! I pre-ordered and have same day delivery from Amazon which still seems unaffected by COVID19... (other than their AmazonFresh delivery)

How does everyone feel about this situation?

From today on, my workplace is shut down (that decision came way too late if you ask me, but German government and companies only think about mOnEy) and my university cancelled exam phase and postponed the start of the next semester (which would have been April 1st) - so I'll have plenty of time to play this game!

I'm prepared to stay at home for at least a couple of days. I have pizza, pasta and drinks at hand and got some movies to watch until friday.

I'm an extremely anxious person, and to be honest... I let it control me a bit too much. I ended up caving in and decided my safety and health is more important, so despite my preferences with physical copies I went ahead and purchased and pre-loaded ACNH digitally.

It felt really weird purchasing a full release Nintendo game digitally. I've went with physical for YEARS. But its a load off my chest and I can't wait for 12AM Friday night to play.

i’ve been self-isolating but i was doing that before the whole covid-19 thing got so out of hand lol. i was considering the possibility of going digital but i’ve already ordered from best buy and it’s too late to cancel but it’s coming in the mail so at least i won’t have to go out and pick it up lol. i just hope that this whole disaster doesn’t affect best buy or mail delivery as i’d really hate to wait longer lol

I'm SO excited for this game. I haven't felt this kind of excitement towards a new game since I was a kid playing pokémon MD and then discovered the main line games existed & having to wait for the release of Diamond and Pearl.

I've basically been in lockdown for 7 days now. Nearly everything is closed aside from grocery shops and pharmacies. I'm bored out of my mind and missing my rockclimbing routine so I'm just dying for ACNH to come out and distract me. ): I hate sitting around doing nothing.

I wish I can be self isolated. x.x I work at a financial institution and unfortunately that's deemed as essential by the government... I can see why though. I just wish I was able to get a 2 week vacation to play some AC lol

I work for a corporate headquarters, and they said we are the heart of the company, so it's impossible for us to shutdown. We got 24/7 sanitizing going on, and we've got our chemists creating 5 gallons worth of sanitizer. We will be enforcing the government mandated 2-week self-quarantine to anyone who has symptoms.

Yeah me too. My part time job is gone... no auditions... no going outside or partying it up in LA...
I have been self isolated for 7 days now too haha... can't wait for the game! Lots of my friends are getting it too.

Be quick. Wash your hands thoroughly when you get home. Nothing will be okay in 3 days... the mall may even be closed depending where you are. I'd check!

I certainly had a fair share of luck today. My Switch I've had since release day broke last night, and my ACNH Switch arrived today. I was so paranoid it was going to be lost in the delivery process as last week two package were sent to who knows where and never arrived.

I think we all need something cute and relaxing right now. The world is just really stressful. Everyone's stress levels are ramped up so high that other people are stressing me out. It's frustrating and I can't stand it. I need a nice distraction.

It really sucks because my "extended spring break" at my university ends this week. But we're switching to online classes. Luckily, my job has decided to do remote work exclusively "until further notice" and since the virus thing seems to just be getting worse, I think I'll be stuck home for a while. So I am very stir crazy and bored! I can't wait either, I'm so excited I want to scream! It's so hard to keep focused on my other things when I know that we're just a little over 24 hours away!!!!!
