Its alright. I sometimes let in a few people at a time, if its def needed and when it looks okay with those players, depends on the situation. But basically one at a time.
So far as I know some players in some region causes errors when they comes at once. If the error happens when several people are cataloging that bunch of stuff, its a...disaster! Since they all have to re-do the same thing and have to figure out "from where". xP So I let in just one at a time.
But in any case I'll clearly mention who to come in in that session.

I wanted to mention this in op. But also I know lots of people tend to skip if the sentence is long. So I didn't write this part in op~. So its not your fault, jboyz3. Thanks for your understanding!

I think unless you have it somewhere else you don't have the white school cap... because when I came to catalog all that I got was the White-team cap :/
