I'm a tea person, always have, always will be. Never been too crazy about coffee, and I can count on one hand how many times I've drunk it in my entire lifetime.
I can only drink coffee if it has creamer in it. I don't put sugar in it, though, cause I figure there is enough of that in the creamer. I had to cut way back on coffee, too, because the caffiene agitates my psychosis.
I prefer tea-- coffee is too stronk for my tastes, and it has way too much caffeine for me too. Plus with teas you can mix and change up the flavor easily, whereas with coffee, you're stuck with the same old bean juice with cream or sugar added.
On that note, I prefer green tea and herbal teas over others. Black/gray tea is too stronk too in my opinion (like coffee) and not airy or light enough for my taste.
both.
i always drink a cup of coffee with a bit of milk when i arrive at work, after that i switch to water and tea for the rest of the day, especially when the weather outside is cold-ish or just really rainy. as for preferences; both are great on their own.
Both. If you asked me a couple years ago, I would've said I hated tea. But I've really taken a liking to tea too lately! I think I still like coffee slightly better though. I usually drink coffee in the morning, and tea in the afternoon since sometimes my body can be sensitive to caffeine.
