i absolutely love it, honestly; which says a lot, because in real life, i'm not a huge fan. it gives me the ability to "enjoy" a lot of the winter-like things without being cold, which i adore. i like the details of the snow on objects, as well, and the little crunches you make when walking / running over it. the little jingles in the background music when it's snowing just.. yeah, it's a nice feeling when i pop on.
it isn't my favourite, autumn's still taking the cake for me
winter has given me a new outlook on the birch tree customization items though (things from the log series, i believe). i think they look really nice together.

I love the winter , love the snow but in real life I hate to drive in the snow. I like to see the decorations in the snow, looks so pretty. Even in the game and specially at night.

It’s my favorite because I love snow, but never get to see it in real life. My favorite sound is the crunching when my character walks through the snow.
Like in real life, the "first snow" and the first day I see the snow covering the ground is always exciting. But after that I don't enjoy it as much. I thought I would be more excited for winter in this game because I already knew from my SH friends that winter in this game is a lot "prettier" and cosier than past games, plus I also live in a tropical country with no snow so I figured it would be fun to play in winter. However, my games have never been suitable for winter in all the games I have designed, and especially so in ACNH. My island is covered in dirt paths so I had to clear a big chunk of it just to make room for making snow people. Now I just go on my island to make my daily snowperson and then I log off. I really can't wait for spring/summer and I see myself playing a lot more in those seasons!

I'm a little indifferent to it. I think my favorite season so far has been Fall, followed by Summer. Like in real life, snow kind of gets boring for me and it also clashes with the color theme of my town. But! I do love the snow people, especially when I make them with teeny heads/large bodies or large heads/teeny bodies. They look so funny and I like hearing them complain.

I loooove the snow! I hope we get a lot this year, but so far it's just rained nonstop, a few places around my area have been flooding recently, it kinda sucks.

I have to go with a dislike. For some reason, the sound effect of footsteps on snowy grass in-game is really irritating for me.

Yes, it's very nice. The whole aesthetic is cool and cozy and the little changes like the snow piled on the bushes or houses are great. There's also lots of things to do, so that's a plus.
I'm definitely a fan of winter. It's my favorite season, I enjoy the snow on the ground since it provides a really nice and different aesthetic to all the other seasons, there's a fair amount of activities to do, plus having snow instead of rain and aurora borealis is cool as heck.
I’ll admit that I was a bit taken back when I first saw the snow covering my island. Imo, the snow looks weird with flowers in sight. Also, I hate all white stuff like the minimalist set in ACNL. However, the snow did make colors appear a lot more vivd. This I did like.
i absolutely love winter and it’s actually my favourite season in-game! i love how snowy everything is + always get excited whenever it snows and i get to see my villagers in their winter getups! plus, i really like building snowboys, too, and adore the lights on the cedar trees, even though they aren’t around all winter. :>

I really expected not to like it, but I feel like it makes me feel really cozy for some reason, and so I’ve even been doing a soft redesign of my island. I love dressing up in the winter clothes and want and bundled up (maybe because I live somewhere it never gets very cold.) Also the sound of my character’s feet in the snow makes my brain feel like a happy tingly feeling.
I thought it was really pretty when it was winter on my island. I liked how the palm trees and bamboo trees transitioned to a blue-green tone.
But still was weird to have especially because I don't change my island to the seasons. I've been decorating my island for summer only.

I am completely in love with it! I love the icy look of the trees, the little snow blanket on bushes, houses, stairs, etc. And I think they got the sounds for your footsteps just right 
the weather looks great (snowfall, mist, even sunny days), winter clothing are amazing and I think its so adorable when you see villagers walking around with some hot stew

I do also appreciate that the snow stays so long (until end of february i think?) cause it makes it more worthy to redecorate the island.
