I haven't heard anything about a Switch Pro. I guess we'll know whether it happens or not. Definitely don't get suckered into believing rumors since if they turn out to be false, it'll only lead to disappointment.

I haven’t heard anything about Switch Pro. I don’t pay attention to rumors since personally I prefer to wait until an official announcement is made. I’m honestly not waiting for that either since I don’t have money so no point waiting for something I can’t afford.

I've seen a lot of videos on youtube about it (but I haven't watched them) and I honestly don't know why people put a lot of stock in what youtubers say since most of the time they are wrong. I'll wait until there is an actual announcement from Nintendo, and even then it doesn't mean I am going to rush out and get it when it is released.

yeah lmao. I've seen click bait-y videos/articles about this everywhere online. I mean technically, a switch pro design is very likely, but its still annoying that everyone keeps trying to profit off of mere rumors. there is no official confirmation about this at all from what I'm aware of, and people are just going off of speculation and Nintendo's consoles' developmental history (DS vs 3DS, gameboy vs gameboy advanced sp, etc)

I feel you. I'm getting tired of Switch Pro rumours as well. In fact, I got sick of it months ago. I personally don't bat an eyelid to speculations in general because there's little to no difference in hearing those things aside from being disappointed by the truth being revealed.
Same with me. The verdict among my circle of friends is that even if it does get announced, none of us can afford to get one anyway, so there's no point in following rumors. So aside from seeing a YouTube thumbnail from time to time, I actually don't get a lot of exposure to the rumors.
Eh not tired of hearing about, this is just “leak culture” now. I’ve no reason to distrust Bloomberg’s reporting, anything not from there is eh. Maybe it was coming, maybe it getting leaked scared Nintendo off, maybe it’s just R&D still. Either way the only certainty about a Pro version is that when retailers open pre-orders up asap and the majority will lose out against the bots and resellers.

I'm getting tired of them too! It's one thing if Nintendo actually hinted at the release of a switch pro (which i don't think they did but could be wrong) but this is ridiculous. This is why I don't like youtubers who make up rumors just to get views only it probably won't happen or if it does it's completely different from what the person is claiming
The only time I noticed it was last week on the day I upgraded from a switch lite to the regular one I’ve been wanting for a year now, which was a little disheartening tbh. I haven’t paid attention to it since because I don’t think I’d want one at this point in time, unless it does something cool like make toast.

I don't believe the rumors but it's certain to happen some day, be it called Switch Pro or not.

I like Nintendo Rumors, but the Switch Pro rumor is definitely getting around the mill. Haven't they spun it around it enough? At this point, just wait for Nintendo to announce it. It seems like it is taking over every possible topic someone could talk about.

Oh my god YES!!! Seeing all this "switch pro" crap is super annoying to me because it's basically just "reputable" gaming news sources spearheading rumors from random people and youtubers that are nothing more than "ohh there might be a switch pro coming soon because I said so!" and even the Bloomberg article is basically just "someone said it's coming so it must be coming" except with proper grammar. The ONLY indications we've got are an OLED screen manufacturer saying they're making screens for an aforementioned switch pro, but even then that's just what someone has said, I haven't seen an actual report by the manufacturer saying this. Plus, using an OLED screen on a gaming console just isn't wise in my opinion because of how they burn in after a few years, NOBODY is going to want to use a console that has a bunch of stuff burnt in from previous use. If you don't know what I mean, here's an example:

I'm pretty indifferent on the Switch Pro at this point. If it happens great, but if not doesn't really bother me either way. I know some people want more power, but I'm fine with the way the standard Switch is personally.
I remember when it was literally 3 months after the Switch came out and some youtubers were already making videos about Switch Pro rumours for 2018. It annoyed me so much, like can we just enjoy the console for a few years before we start wondering about upgrades??
