Ah I'm pretty excited about the game!
And I was excited that GameStop had the bundle (game + NFC reader) for pre order

It's $49.99 for the bundle
The game is $39.99 and the NFC reader alone is $19.99
So the bundle saves you $10

However if you are a COSTCO member the bundle is $42.99!

I preordered in GameStop because I'm not a Costco member and I have PowerUp Pro rewards

I don't see any reason to pre-order the game, to be honest. There are no pros or cons to it at all. The worst that could happen is GameStop saying they only have enough copies for the amount of pre-orders, but you could always find it at a store like Target or Best Buy or even digitally if that's the case. I DID pre-order Animal Crossing: New Leaf for whatever reason, though lol

Plus, I really want the New Nintendo 3DS XL bundle to come to the states, and I'm waiting for that to happen =P

Already got the Japanese version, but when it comes out in English I'll be downloading it on my US 3DS so I don't have to wait for it to come out over here in the UK

I'll be back in my college town when the game releases and it's kind of a small town so I doubt it will sell out quickly, or maybe not at all. I didn't pre-order but I will most likely just pick the game up the day it releases. I'm glad I also won't be needing an NFC Reader for the cards, but I'm still debating on buying the cards or not

pre-ordered the game from best buy but they said I wouldn't receive my copy until december -_- but since someone posted the gamestop bundle switched my reserve to them and should get it on time now ^-^

I did from Gamestop, and am going to place another one today for my oldest grand daughter (wanted to make sure her parents were ok with me buying it for her). I also ordered some of the cards from Amazon so that she and I can share cards when she visits. So far she is the only one of my 5 grand children that is interested in playing it.

I have not yet preordered it yet. I want to, but I don't know my address yet for where I'll live when the game comes out and the place I want to preorder it (the cheapest) doesn't let you change your address. So I'll need to wait a bit.

I want to preorder it online because games costs so much more instore here - the NFC bundle could be ?45-?50 I'm guessing. Online I hope to find it for ?37ish. Also I don't really want the hassle of talking to someone to buy stuff lol.

But if everyone had to follow certain guidelines, wouldn't everyone design a certain house more or less the same? Not to mention the new rankings update coming soon. Nintendo made a good decision to make sure there aren't repercussions for creative players, imho. It's understandable to see why people are upset about it, but I don't mind it at all.
