W was a thoroughly incompetent president. I knew it was a bad sign when he was bringing in people from the old Nixon/Ford days to run the show. I don't think he is evil, he's just incredibly stupid. His policies led directly to the second worst economy since the great Depression and nearly ruined the nation.
