Do you believe in magic? [Roleplay] - Open and New

I started to walk away from the group and into the woods, I nessled up at the base of a mossy tree, staring off into space.

Nicolas eventually reached his cabin, which was at the base of a mountain, and dozed off inside.

Getting bored, I started to walk around. I eventually found a cabin, then gently knocked on the door, noticing the sky darkening.

Hearing the knock, and being a light sleeper, Nicolas wakes up and opens the door. "Whadda ya want?"

"Hello, I was wondering if I could sleep here tonight? That is if it isn't to much trouble for you..." I blushed, looking at the ground, shivering slightly from the cold mountainous winds. "I could even pay you."

Nicolas hated people, but it's not like he had a source of income

He smiled, trying to seem like a good host

"Sure! Cummon in!"

"Thank you very much. I'm Cupa." I smiled. Taking out a small black drawstring bag full of money, I took out half, placing it in his hands. "Is this enough?" I asked.

Nicolas looks at the money

"Yes, this is fine. I'm Nicolas. I don't have an extra bed. I think its quite obvious I don't get many visitors. There is a couch and some pillows and blankets, if you'd like. "

The cabin had 4 rooms, the store room, Nicolas's room, the bathroom, and the living room. Nicolas went and got some clean pillows and sheets from the storage room, and put them out on the couch in the living room.

"Thanks again for letting me stay here." I smiled, placing my hand on his upper arm before quickly removing it, my cheeks turning red again.

Nicolas smiled, bit this time, it was sincere. This woman seemed kind.

"I'm sorry it's not the nicest, but at least there's a roof, right?"

Noticing her undoing her belt, Nicolas blushes and turns away. He points to one door

"That's the bathroom"

He points to another

"That's my room. If you need me, I'll. Be in there."

He then goes to his room and gets in bed

"Night." I call after him, taking the belt off, along with my sword, gently resting it against the wall. Focusing on the shadows, I warped them into a short nightgown, as there wasn't enough shadows to make it longer. After slipping it on, I sit down on the couch, admiring all the details of the room. Must me nice to live in a house...' I thought to myself, the Voice not replying.

Nicolas looked at the door. She seemed kind, but that meant she could be trying to trick him. He had to play it safe. He man have almost no magical talent, but that doesn't make people who know he's got any like him anymore than if he had plenty.

Getting under the blankets, I stared at the ceiling. Every time I closed my eyes, the Voice would start whispering to me, the words all gibberish.

Ever vigilant, Nicolas stared at the door, using the little light that came in from his window.

I could hear faint shuffling coming from his room. Ignoring it, I kept attempting to fall asleep, but the Voices didn't alow me.
