Do you believe in santa?

That's like asking "Do you believe in the moral ethics of today's society?" No. Duh.

I never believed in Santa. It wasn't a thing in my country when I was growing up. We'd get presents on December 31st (as part of New Years celebration) and on January 6th (Epiphany/3 Kings Day) On Epiphany my parents would say that the Three Kings brought me the presents but I always knew that it was them.

For actual Christmas we never did anything special (though Christmas Eve is huuugggeee) but we would get (a small amount of) candy. Mom and dad would put candy in this Santa shaped container so I knew what Santa was it just wasn't a thing for us :O

Not since I was 9 or 10. I was really disappointed when I woke up super early Christmas morning to find my mom and aunt bringing in presents from their car trunks to put under the tree lol.

I'm 22 so obviously I don't, but I still love Santa and the whole Christmas magic.

If you have kids, would you teach your kids about Santa?

i've always been a skeptic
when i was 4-6 years old my mom had written a thing for me and my sister that was basically santa thanking us for leaving a carrot and mince pies out the door, but i recognised her handwriting so i've never believed in santa ever since.

no. dont think i ever really believed in santa either, ive always been rly doubtful . like, i didnt believe dinosaurs were real before we learnt about them in school when i was 8..,,

I stopped believing in him as I got older. It was obviously my parents buying all those presents :p

this thread was taken way too seriously lmao

not anymore but the years when i did were the best of my life.

of course i believe in santa like how else do you get presents mommy and daddy cant afford presents

not any more.

but when i was little i did! wed always left a mince pie, glass of sherry, and a carrot for rudolph out side the house.
the carrot had gone (save for the top!) and mice pie and sherry to by the morning its a hard job putting all the presents under the tree!! always happy to see they had been gone as that meant hed been!

happy memories. :')

St. Nick, sure, he was a real dude. Is he still kicking and bringing me presents, nah. I believed when I was little, but after finding my "Santa" presents in my mom's closet the illusion was shattered. Now I like being Santa, I fill my families stockings with candies and I love buying nice gifts for my family. =]
