I have an app on my phone where I write whenever I have super strong feelings and the reason I'm feeling that way, but I mean I always forget to write in it so I don't really use it all too much
Eh, not long term but I have written stuff in a journal or notebook app whenever I am upset. I still have them too. I just feel like I need to do something. Even when I show the slightest sign I am upset people will get upset that I am upset.
I really really want to but I can never keep up with it. Nothing interesting enough happens to me for me to be motivated to write about it. Same with daily planners.
