I am back with an interesting topic. At least, I?m interested in this topic anyway. Traveling and locations throughout the world interest me.

Where do you live? (Definitely not being creepy. Just naming the major city will do)
Do you like where you live?
If not, why do you hate it, or not like it?
If you were given the chance or opportunity to move, would you move?
Where would you move to?

1. Texas.

2. No, I hate it.

3. I hate it because it’s filled with people who like country music and rednecks.

4. Yes, I am planning on moving in the future if the career I want doesn’t work out here.

5. Japan, probably around the Osaka region.

1. Central Missouri.
2. Yes. I just moved here yesterday, actually! Immigrated from the great state of Texas.
3. I don’t think I would move. I love it here. The people are nice and it’s really pretty.

1. I live in cornfield Ohio, near the state capital Columbus. Been livin here my whole life.

2. It's pretty good. I love the different sights to see like Hocking Hills, and my hometown is one of my favorite places I've ever been.

3. The only thing I don't like about Ohio is that, though I've traveled around quite a bit, there doesn't seem to be much diversity. Though southern/eastern Ohio has a lotta hillbillies. I think they're migrating to where I live ._.
Also the weather here sucksssss in the Winter is -25? and in the Summer it's 85?+ which my winter-adjusted body does not do well with.

4. Probably not. I mean I would love to travel, but I want to keep my home right in my hometown :)

5. If I were to move, I'd prob go to Tennessee. I've been there a few times and it's always really pretty, especially the Appalachian Mountains.

1. Where do you live?
Dortmund (Germany)

2. Do you like where you live?
Yes, I think my country is relatively safe from any kind of natural disaster (apart from flooding but not in my area). The temperature rarely get?s too hot or too cold. The overall living standart is very high (a lot of things are paid by taxes so even if you loose your job or have other problems, you don?t have to worry too much). We have a lot of tasty food (I think everyone thinks that of their home). My neighbourhoor is very green and quiet but also decently connected to all surrounding cities as it is a densely populated area (with lots of different ethnicities).
Of course my country/city has flaws, but I know it?s still one of the best places to live, so I won?t complain.^^

3. If not, why do you hate it, or not like it?
-

4. If you were given the chance or opportunity to move, would you move?
yes but I would try it for some time before migrating completely.

5. Where would you move to?
- Japan for my interests/personaliy. But I don?t know if I would want to grow old or even just work there....
- UAE to get married and also because of my personality and prefferences

I don?t know if I would live in any of these places for my entire life... overall, despite the flaws, I?m happy where I am.

1) i live in scotland
2) yes i love it, i love the people especially, very warm and open people. in terms of environment.. it's not the nicest place ever (i'm talking about my city and not the country as a whole, country as a whole is beautiful af) but there are definitely some beautiful aspects!
3) it's not independent from the uk which is a cause of annoyance
4) depends on the opportunity, i'm very happy where i am but if i had to move to work i'd be happy with another country
5) idk, like i said before i'm happy here, just would depend on the actual reason to why i would move. otherwise i would like to just live in scotland

1) I live in the Kansai region of Japan
2) Absolutely
3)
4)Right now, no. I've only been here for a little over 4 months.
5) Probably Shikoku (But I love Kansai and will probably stay here a while)

I graduated university last year, so I was given the opportunity to move. I took it.

i am from Texas (USA, for those unaware) and I love Texas. I do miss Texas, but I love living in Japan more than I miss Texas haha. I just moved because I fear complacency, that's all. Not because I disliked Texas per se. I just always wanted to live in Japan, I love living in Japan, and I just didn't want to get stagnant in my life.

1. I live in Toronto

2. I don't like it. I LOVE it!

4. No I would not. I've grown used to where I live so I'm all good.

5. Though if I were to move somewhere, it would be in the UK.

I live in Washington state and I like it well enough. I might move at some point but I’m not like dying to leave

It’s fine. I don’t appreciate the culture & I certainly don’t enjoy the discrimination that’s extremely prevalent in my hometown, but it’s a small town and tucked out of the way. It’s really pretty and peaceful, but I need to get away from my parents and into a more accepting town or city.

No. If I had the money I'd gtfo any day now. Just a bunch of drunk and loud people here with different "culture" that is not good. only good thing is closeness to public transport but that is expensive anyway so ehhh and you can get there other ways.

I live in London now, but I always wanted to live near the sea. Currently I'm looking for villas in Bodrum for sale. I've found real estate company in London which can help me to find property in Turkey at affordable price. Hope with their help my old dream will come true.

I currently live in a small, s*** town in Georgia (USA). It's about a 45 minute drive to Atlanta from our place.
I absolutely loathe living here. It's been about 4 months since I came out here with my bf, and it's our first time living without our parents.
I dislike it because, mostly, it's not what I'm used to. I grew up in Florida and lived in Orlando for the majority of my life, so I'm used to beaches, the busy city, and lots of things to do and places to go.
There is NOTHING here. Only thing we can do in our free time is go to the gym. A lot of companies have gone out of business so there are empty stores on every block. It looks so run-down and awful.
Also, the people here are... not the best.
I walk a short distance to my job, however I am harassed at least once or twice either traveling to or from work, nearly every single time. I've had to deal with strangers honk, follow, and yell things at me on a daily basis. Even if my boyfriend is there (which he almost always walks with me if he can), it STILL happens. In Orlando, I was almost never harassed when walking. It especially never happened when I was with my boyfriend, but it seems to happen more when I am with him than when I am alone.
People don't know how to yield to pedestrians either. Whenever I go to cross the road when the walk light turns on, cars will literally pull out in front of me or towards me as I'm crossing. I've almost been hit 3 times at this point. It's happened twice to my boyfriend as well, and these people have gone as far as to open their doors, get out of their car, and yell at US even when we clearly have the right of way???
I just want to get out of here as soon as possible, or at least get our car some insurance so we don't have to walk anymore.

i hate washington dc donald trump is like right over there wtf

Omg! I'm also located in Georgia as well and I know how you feel!!
I'm originally from California myself so definitely the whole beach, city life is what I'm more use too as well ~
I moved out here cause my bf is here and yikes do I really hate the weather, bugs, no place to really go to or hang out at ;w; really do want to move back to Cali, but the living expense over there is just ridiculous otherwise I would move back in a heartbeat..
only good thing about GA here is that it's pretty cheap and the tax too ^^;;

I mean I wouldn't say I love it but I grew up here and don't really want to move anywhere else, even when I'm older? It's kind of boring in that it's mostly suburbs and quiet immigrant families but I like the uneventlfulness, it's nice.

1. central florida
2. i do, actually. most people who grew up here don't like it, but i've actually come to love my home. the humidity and heat can be bad, but over the past couple years i've come to prefer it over the cold. i like being close to the beach even if i don't go often. i like being near the theme parks even though i haven't gone to one in forever. i love all the lakes everywhere and the live oaks and the year-round green.
3. the things i don't like about florida is that it's where a lot of older folks go to retire, and that there's also a fair amount of conservatives. not so great.
4. i plan on going to a college out of state, so there's that.
5. i don't know what i'll do after i finish all of school. it's likely i won't move from wherever i'm staying right away (idk where i'll go to get my higher degrees), but i'm not sure where i'll go after. a problem for future me, i guess.

I don't really mind it, but there isn't really anything that interesting to do. I am really looking forward to moving cities though when I go to university in September
