I take fiber supplements occasionally to help my digestive system out... though recently I haven't had to because I've been consuming a ton of vegetables/fruits so normally I don't have issues hahaa.

idk if this is uncomfortable for anyone else, but I also take birth control pills ;; they help alot with regulating my cycle (it used to be super whack) and period cramps are basically gone now so ;; i like them haha

I take fish oil tablets every day because I find it helps a bit with the inflammation in my knees (I need to see a bone doctor or whatever they're called idk the term :v but I can't with all this going on). While I want to start taking vitamin D tablets aswell, i'm gonna wait till I can confirm with my doctor that they won't clash with all my other medication.

I take a daily vitamin to cover all my bases. It's just one gummy a day and I feel like a million bells.

I only take vitamins if I feel like I’m getting sick but other than that, I don’t really.

I often take vitamin c tablets if I have a cold or generally throughout winter to try and protect against getting run down during the winter season and I'm quite regularly prescribed vitamin D tablets as my blood levels of it are often very low, though these are only usually weekly tablets for a couple of months with a very strong does that often corrects my levels so I can go for a few months without any vitamins. It's been recommended in the past that I should take daily multivitamins to help me maintain all my levels in a good range and stay healthy but I'm really bad at remembering them so it doesn't really happen 😂

Not really. I go every year for a physical and lab work and every year I’ve been lucky to be pretty healthy. If my results are good, I don’t really see the point of taking vitamins or medications. If it’s not broken, why fix it, right?

I take a multivitamin every day, and I'm also on iron supplements for my severe iron deficiency lol

I don’t to be honest, but I probably should. Taking ones with vitamin D would be especially useful since I don’t ever get enough sunlight.

I have some hair and nail vitamins that I take just whenever I manage to remember. I don't think they really do anything for me.

I've taken some off and on over the years. just recently started taking a Stress B-Complex vitamin and I feel like it's helping quite a bit! (I've got a bunch of mental health issues and im not on any medication so its been helping me cope lol) :)

Yes! I take the following daily:
  • Vitamin C
  • Vitamin D
  • Cranberry capsule
  • Apple cider vinegar capsule
  • Biotin or a hair and nails supplement like bamboo silica
  • Zinc

I'm not currently taking any vitamins, but I'm seriously considering trying this based on your recommendations. I've always dealt with mild to moderate depression and lately my anxiety has been off the charts due to a lot of things going on at work and in my home life. It's worth a try!

I used to take fish oil because so could not focus in school, and I was recommended to use fish oil vitamins

I take so many vitamins now. Though I haven't done so much recently. I fell off the wagon with everything due to a depression relapse so it's not fun. But I take a handful when I am doing good, and they benefit me a lot. I take biotin for my nails/hair, vitamin d for my mood, magnesium for my depression (it helps because I am deficient and being deficient can heighten or worsen depression symptoms), and my favorite -- 5HTP for my anxiety. 5HTP saves lives y'all, at least for me. I am super wary of prescription drugs for stuff that I suffer from because I have had horrible reactions to them in the past. I'm all for others taking them but they just don't work for me and they make me gain weight like crazy, which I don't want. But 5HTP really helps with anxiety or when I'm feeling very stressed and negative. I also take this multivitamin that helps with focus cuz I suffer from ADD too lmao. I don't think it works very well.

I am taking a pill currently that has the most important Vitamins all in one, because of my pregnancy.
Before that I used to take some, but apparently the doctor messed up and gave me somewhat of a overdose of different
vitamins mixed with other medicine and I ended up feeling extremelly bad. So now I don't want to take any extra Vitamins
anymore, besides the ones for my pregnancy.. and even for them, I had such anxiety to take them, because I didn't want to
feel so bad again.. :/

Edit: The worst thing is, it was the doctor that messed up and I just followed what they told me.. and they blamed ME for it,
pretty much calling me stupid for trying to overdose myself, lol. Glad I have another doctor now.

Nope. Thou it seems like it's a common thing and that I might be weird for not taking any.

My nails and hair are all healthy so I don't need any viatamins for those. My skin is an absolute WRECK that I'm sure no off the shelf viatamin will fix. I'm overall healthy.
