I used to take those flinstones multi vitamins when I was a kid but since then, I've taken no vitamins.

I take iron and regular multi-vitamins daily for a few years now.
As a child, I also briefly took fish oil capsules, which were very hard to ingest at first since they weren't chewable like the children's multi-vitamins I took.

Yes, every day! My partner was a very good influence on me taking vitamins, especailly when the pandemic started. At first I was very whiny and said I didn't need them, but after seeing the difference, he was so right! I take fish oil, vitamin B, C, D, lysine, and sometimes zinc. I feel better, more energetic, and recommend vitamins to anyone looking to improve their everyday life (with consultation of your doctor of course).

I take two Vitamin D3 tablets everyday for bone health, my immune system, and general wellbeing. Most people have a Vitamin D deficiency in my country so taking supplements is recommended.

I use multivitamin gummies occasionally too, though I've not had some for a while. I'm also interested in getting some Omega 3 and iron tablets since I don't think I'm getting enough of either 😅

Currently alongside my prescribed medications I take vitamin c & zinc. I was taking magnesium too, but where I get it from is a bit hit and miss whether they have it in, so I stopped that :L

I used to take cod liver oil and evening primrose when I was younger though. I used to swallow them dry, and when the cod liver oil got stuck in my throat and dissolved there was an awful taste in the back of my mouth :'D

No 😔 but I should

sometimes I can barely remember to take my meds so vitamins are just too hard for me to do rn

I do. I have a chronic illness, and I sometimes struggle to eat a balanced diet, so I think it's important for me. I take vitamin D, vitamin C, vitamin B12, co-enzyme Q10, and biotin. Vitamin D is recommended for everyone in my country because it's not known for its sunny weather~

I alternate with a general multivitamin to try and make sure I'm getting a bit of everything I need.

Nope. My mom had some set aside for me in one of those pill holders that have a place to put them in for each day of the week, but I keep forgetting to take them. 😅

Yep, I take a daily multi-vitamin. It has the recommended dose of just about everything I need besides stuff like fish oils, etc. I'm looking into taking more though like mushroom concentrate; it helps a lot with memory preservation.

Yep, I take the Flintstones daily multivitamin. Some other daily multivitamins I've tried didn't always sit well on my stomach, for some reason? And hey, these taste good.

I usually take multivitamins, iron and fish oil supplements every other day (everyday if I remember). My iron levels are verrry low and my hair has been thinning recently so hopefully fish oil will help :") If anyone has any ways to make your hair healthier, let me know!

I’ve been taking a multi vitamin everyday for maybe 2 months now? Haven’t really noticed a difference (are you supposed to?) but I assume it’s helping.

A sometimes for me, but it should be all the time. When something feels off or I am sick I tend to take vitamins. I should be taking vitamin D all the time though because of stuff I have that puts me at risk for it dropping too low. I guess the biggest obstacle is that I have really bad memory, so along with other important things in life, the vitamins do get forgotten.

@bleached I just saw your comment after I posted, look into vitamin D deficiency

i could take them more regularly but i have a multivitamin, super epa, vitamin c, zinc, vitamin d, and gaba (my mom sent me all of them since she can get better deals on vitamins online apparently) they are all capsules, not the chewy kind

I do but some not every each day but vitamin D l take every each night. I also take 2 of other vitamins mostly every each night too but l forget those a lot than the other vitamin. I should be taking iron because my isn't strong enough so l get cold easier than l did 2 years ago.

Probiotic capsules, Vitamin D3 gummies and Biotin gummies. :lemon:
