I don't use it, no. I used to use it all the time on Super Mario 3D Land and it did hurt my eyes after playing with it on for a bit.
Afterwards I just used it for some parts of a game to make the cut scene look nicer or only at times. When Pokemon came out, I turned it on when there was a 3D area.
Now with the 3DS xl and no green light up to let me know, I keep it off and generally forget it exists. I do have a lot of problems with ghosting and not being aligned properly anyways.
It's nice for the little graphics buff but pretty inconsequential I think.
i think that the only time i ever used it was in Mario 3D Land to see the platforms, and occasionally in Animal Crossing and Legend of Zelda just to see what it looked like.
On occasion, like I don't often put it on or if I do have it on i don't do it for long. But if there is some neato effect or event in the game I'll switch it on, like for the summer fireworks in ACNL I'll pop it on cause it looks cool!
I'm in the minority I guess. I like using as that's the special/main feature of the 3DS. It makes me feel special and it doesn't hurt my eyes at all unlike you guys.
I love using the 3D feature, mainly since I feel like it sharpens the graphics and makes things stand out more. That being said, I feel like certain games it doesn't really make much of a difference.
I haven't found it hurting my eyes or causing any headaches. Then again, when I was younger, I used to love "magic eye pictures" and stereoscopic images... espwcially my childhood favourite item, The View Master.
I always use it when there's a special moment in the game, like a cinematic or so, but during normal playing I prefer to have it off. Not only the battery takes longer to deplete, also my eyes resist better
