Do ypu guys think The Legend of Zelda Items and Villagers will come back too at some point?

Hii everyone I hope you're all well~ Do you guys think they'll come back in a future update like the Sanrio items? Do you want them to return too? Would love to hear your guys' opinions~

They will come back for sure, but we don't know when though, I think the Zelda items are cool! Personally want the fairy bottle the most!

I really hope so! I have 2 Spots saved for Epona and Wolf Link so hopefully they come out at some point haha. O~o And yeah I love the items, hopefully they can bring back all the items that appeared in NL. Yeah Fairy bottle was one of my favorites. Sanrio update leads to this being almost guaranteed at least

This year is the Zelda 35th anniversary. Technically the actual date was back in February, but since they wanted to release the Mario items first, that's probably why they haven't been released yet. I would not be surprised if they are released sometime this calendar year for the anniversary.

I love Epona and Wolf Link too and really hope they come to NH. Although I hope they change W.Link's name to just Link because the W kind of ruined him for me. I don't know why, but it just irritated me every time I saw it.

I believe so! I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re patched in this fall when they shift focus onto Zelda‘s anniversary.

I'm sure now they will at some point Well maybe they felt if they called him just Link it would be more towards human form even though he's obviously a Wolf haha.

I dont think they will.
But then again i didn't think sanrio would happen and it did.

Truthfully no one knows but nintendo about this.

As for if I want them to return... take them or leave them. I dont think I would ever have one of the villagers on my island.

There are some suspiciously empty slots in the game’s villager table that match up to the Zelda villagers, so I’m going to say yeah, they’re definitely coming back at some point.

However, I also think they might do a “Zelda furniture update” similar to the Mario one last month, then a “Nintendo villagers update” at some other point that adds villagers for Mario as well as the Zelda and Splatoon ones, along with more furniture for these games... but that’s just wishful thinking on my part!

point, especially now that they’ve bought the Sanrio villagers back into the game. Also with it been such a big anniversary for LoZ it would be a good way to celebrate it by bringing the villagers and furniture back.

i realllyyy them back, especially wolf link, that would be the best thing to happen to this game!
i think nintendo will suprise everyone with the zelda stuff, like how they randomly brought sanrio stuff back (i wasn't really expecting that haha)
but yeah, i just want wolf link back tbh

I would've said I don't think so before but I am more inclined to think that there is a decent chance since the release of the Sanrio stuff again. It would be really nice if they did but only time will tell. If they do bring the Zelda items and villagers back, then they will surely also bring the Splatoon stuff back. It will be interesting to see that is for sure.

It wouldn't make much sense for the Sanrio amiibo villagers to come back but not for the rest, so I think they will come back at some point.

I think they will, but I think it will be when BOTW2 comes out next year.
