my town is FULL of hybrids all over the place, hell even I mess them up sometimes..I get really nervous about it when others come, I feel like I have to follow them all over to make sure nothing bad happens.

Those are the people you need to delete. I know it's hard to remember who you have added, I've deleted friends by mistake, but sometimes that's what you have to do. You can always re-add friends if you've accidentally deleted them.
ya I am going to start deleting people, I should do it now before my little man wakes up from his nap.
but that is why I am nervous about it. And you never know who is that type of person until it happens anyways.

Exactly me too, and objects laying on the ground because I'm either trading or have too much in storage, I shouldn't be expected to pick everything up including hybrids etc because random people want to come run around my town like they run the place
I've had thefts in my town too. If no one fesses up to it, I delete everyone that was in my town around the time the flower (it's always been flowers) went missing. Some may see it as mean, but at least it means your hybrids might be a bit safer.
If they don't have the decency to respect your town, then they don't deserve to visit.

I've added players through Club Tortimer before, and it wasn't until they've entered my town and done some considerable damage that I realized they were kids. They just waltz in when I have a friend over, or if I'm doing a trade of some sort. Yes, I can add people as best friends but as far as I know people need to be in your town first in order for you to best friend someone, and while you're doing that someone can come in uninvited. It's happened to me a few times.

I will never understand why others feel the need to steal...you want something ask, chance is I might be nice enough to help. I am a very giving person, and its crazy people steal on ANIMAL crossing...like there is not enough thievery in this world as it is.

I don't get bothered by it. I even will visit someone's town during a trade unknowingly. If they say it's a bad time or come right out and ask me to leave, then I leave. Usually, they'll just tell me where they are, though, and I'll come over and then we all hang out after the trade.

I do not get it either, the only thing I can come up with is that they barge into peoples towns, so the post offends them...its the internet lol you can find drama EVERYWHERE! its crazy. someone always has something rude to say and an attitude to deliver.
I had all hybrids, but now I am short on pink, blue and orange lilies because someone stomped them down (so I only have one of each now)

Me too! I never go to anyone's town without asking first, I'd feel really awkward, especially if they had other people there trying to do a trade or whatever and I just walked around... If I want to check out someone's town on my own accord I go to their dream town. And I agree that its crazy that people have to go around trying to ruin other people's town on a GAME, find a new hobby games are meant to be played to have fun and you can't even have people over without having to look over your shoulder at all times its actually ridiculous. The people who are offended by this obviously have not had their town sabotaged by random visitors before
It's only happened to me once, but yeah, it's really annoying. =__= I booted them right away though.

The first time I visited a stranger's town, they were pretty cool and we bff'd each other. Then once I accidentally left my gates open for bffs only (friend had been over) and they popped in, which normally wouldn't bother me but I was about to leave to go somewhere else - I told him that and the dude ignored me and stayed anyway and was like asking to shop and stuff. That bugged me a lot and I ended up removing him, so now only my actual bffs and gf are on my bff list.
sorry if I came off as harsh. Was only trying to help with the best friends suggestion, but yeah now that you mentioned it I can see why it can be a bit of a hassle to do so. Maybe a good way to stop vistors running wild is to block off the train station by digging holes around it before trading, then at least it could stop uninvited guests running wild.

Personally, every once in a while I open my gate and WAIT for random people to come by. It's nice to keep in contact if you haven't had the chance to put them on your Best Friends List for example.
I didn't mean to be rude, but it's actually your fault if you're just too lazy to kick them off your list.
Also, if you dont want them to stay, simply tell them to leave.

the only people I don't mind dropping in uninvited are the 4 people on my bf list, because I've played with them quite a lot and trust them. Even if they come in during a trade, they stay at the side until I am done, then we can play
