I stopped using one after noticing the touch sensitivity of my phone would go down. now I have a bezeled edge phone so I'm not even sure how a screen protector would work with my phone case
i always have a screen protector! i've cracked a few screens in the past but haven't in long time thankfully! i've switched to using tempered glass screen protectors and have never looked back. i try hard to be careful but i think i'm naturally kinda clumsy, so these have totally saved me in a pinch. i can go a while without having to replace the screen protector but every now and then i drop my phone and the protector cracks, so i replace that c:
I have never had a screen protector on a phone screen. I've only ever broken one phone screen when I dropped it onto the bathroom tiles and the screen cracked in several places! I do have one on my smartwatch though!
Yes absolutely I drop my phone at least once per day (clumsy hands) so I feel uncomfortable when my phone doesn’t have a screen protector and a casing. I’ve never really broken my phone though, but my mom and dad have cracked their screens in the past and I’d hate for that to happen to my phone.
i got a new phone a few months back and i genuinely couldn’t take it out of the house before i got a screen protector i was a serial phone dropper/cracker and i don’t want a repeat of my youth (cuts on my fingers from using a cracked phone screen)
It… used to. It got pretty damaged and looked AWFUL. I kept it on for a while because, well, protection, but I couldn’t stand it anymore so I took it off. My screen definitely has some scratches now, unfortunately, but I kind of want to get a new phone anyway so I’ll probably be upgrading soon.
I hate putting them on but I do always use them because I would hate having to get a screen repaired more lol even if I wasn’t scared of breaking the screen I’m someone who hates seeing scratches/scuffs on my electronics screens so I would wanna protect it anyway.
Haven't ever had a screen protector in the 6+ years that I've had the current phone (or any other one), and yet the phone screen still doesn't have any scratches or cracks
I have a screen protector, but it hasn't saved my phone from me. The walking clumsy monstrosity. All of my phone breaks have been horrifically violent.
Like, the most recent one was getting it jammed and shut in between a car door. It shattered into pieces.
