Ok so i found an EMPTY LAMP about 2 weeks ago near Sable Sisters, what do i do with it, who do i give it to, when where is this person if i do, and what does it do? help!

Late at night you can find a ghost named Wisp who will ask you for his lamp. You can then go to your attic and he will grant you a wish. He can either get rid of weeds, squish roaches, or give you a random item.
