Ah bummer, thank you!

Hello does anyone know what years Wix candies were released? I have seen 2017, 2018 and 2019 Wix candies before, do 2016 Wix candies exist?

uh, are you confusing dark candies with wix candies?

wix candies didn't debut until 2019, and for all I can remember have only ever returned as like a random 12 days raffle prize or some other such non-guaranteed-to-even-get-the-specific-collectible-even-if-you-do-win thing

W- am I going insane? I swear I saw people with 2017/18 Wix Candies, maybe it was a glitch or my head is making stuff up
anyways I figured out how to do my dream lineup with a 2019 Wix Candy so it doesn't really matter anymore

dark candies do look very similar to wix candies (black and gray instead of black and white), which was mainly why I asked

still, good to know you got it figured out

I do plan on participating in events for more collectibles. I do. However, when I sell my collectibles I get from future site events, my expectations will be a lot lower. If there’s anything I learned, boring but practical deals are the best way to make more TBT Bells. In the past, I struggled selling collectibles because I ask for too much TBT. Even if I do have a more coveted collectible selling at the market value, I still have to wait a while.

If anything, I would rather have quicker business than more TBT. So next time I get collectibles from site events, I will sell them for a lower price than the market value. This is not to say that you guys are too greedy. In fact, you’re not. I understand why you would sell at higher prices. But now, I want to help others get their dream collectibles sooner, and continue stimulating the marketplace. But I’m only going to sell any new collectibles I get from site events.

If you have noticed, the birthstone cycle has went through 10 cycles total. Next month will be the 10th anniversary of the birthstone collectible cycle. Should it continue, or is it time to retire it? I remember when Justin originally had it run for only one year, but extended it for another year, then continued this repeat cycle.

I don’t think they should be retired. People have very sentimental reasons for getting the birthstones and there’s no harm in that at all.

Does anybody else still have their “10” collectibles that celebrated TBT’s 10th anniversary? I still have one. In fact, after years of inactivity, I dug it out of retirement.

How do you like my new “assorted” collectible sidebar? I’m currently finishing the alternative one, but the main one is finished.

the day it should retire is the day we go through an entire year without staff forgetting to swap stones out on the 1st even once

we should get a 20 collectible next year, so we can party like it's 2010

I noticed that collectibles are hardly selling at all, even when made more affordable. What’s going on? I can remember when I tried selling a Star Wand seven years ago, at a price too high for most users. I should’ve taken the 10,000 TBT + apple offer, but I rejected it. As a result, I made 2,000 TBT less with no apple at all. Since then, I learned my lesson on making better business deals, as it’s better to sell a whole bunch of collectibles at a lower price than one high-priced collectible. But now, collectibles aren’t even selling regardless of demand and price. I’m not the only user having this problem.

Here’s my two cents: people are saving up their tbt for the rarer collectibles that have doubled and tripled in price in recent years. Or people simply don’t have a lot of tbt to spend right now. Older „lower tier“ collectibles as well as the ones released in the last few years (newer eggs, halloween, fair 2022 and camp 2021) are not in demand right now. A lot of ppl got all they need from those events, the market is saturated enough with them. Star wand for 10k? Sounds like a dream. More like 20-30k now. Who has that kind of tbt sitting in their abd? not a lot of people.
