Favorite cake

Definitely some Cheesecake.
I gotta say I've grown to love it through the years, now each year this is what I request.
Past years I've gotten the Devi's food chocolate cake with the chocolate frosting since that's what everyone likes. I wanted yellow cake dang it xD I do love some Butter cake :))) It's so good, just a simple one, and I haven't had it for years.
I'd love to make a Chiffon cake one day, never tried it before but I've heard good things about it, if anyone has a recipe let me know ^^ Truthfully I think baking is passion for me so my sweet tooth really, REALLY comes out in terms of cake, now although I am healthy and on a diet, that doesn't mean I don't want some cake now and then. Always had a big sweet tooth

We have this book called Cake Doctor from many years ago. I've always wanted to try to make some of the cakes inside but never got to.
Now I'm in charge and am making like three of them xD

Cookie dough ice cream cake! But with actual cake in it, I always get disappointed with the only ice cream ones.

Coca-Cola cake, actually! It’s really good; I believe it runs on a similar principle as beer bread. You won’t even know that soda is in it when you taste it.

Houjicha or matcha cake or sakura cheese cake from cha-ology, a Japanese tea room in Manchester ;-; I miss going there so much. The cakes are so delicious without being overly sweet ;-; the sakura is preserved which gives it such a sharp taste against the gentle sweetness of the cheesecake i just 😍 okay i made myself hungry.

It's really hard to go wrong with cheesecake, so if I had to choose that'd be my pick, but I like regular vanilla, chocolate, and matcha cake too. The unfortunate thing is that, while I like cake, I don't have a high tolerance for sugar—my birthday was a few days ago and it's taking me on average around two days to finish one small piece. 😅 So if the cake is more subtly sweet, that's definitely a big plus in my book.

You can't beat a classic chocolate cake with lots of buttercream in the middle to keep it nice and moist. 😋

I'm really liking caramel apple cheesecake lately! And homemade carrot cake with lots of pineapple and raisins in it.

Yellow Cake with Vanilla Frosting, with fresh Raspberries on top.

Spice Cake with Vanilla Icing is great, too.

My choice would be store-bought chocolate cupcakes with vanilla frosting. The vanilla frosting they put on store-bought cakes and cupcakes is probably my very favorite sweet food, and I haven’t found any other frosting that tastes just like it. I like it even more on a chocolate cake, and more frosting per cupcake than per non-edge cake slice, with standard store creations.

I'm not into cake that much but I do like angel food cake and pound cake. Homemade strawberry shortcake is good but I don't think shortcake is really cake. It's more like a biscuit.
