I like Blanche, Cranston, Flora, Julia, Phil, Phoebe, Rio, Sandy, and Sprocket, but Julia and Rio are the best. When I first saw Julia, I really liked her design and how colorful and unique she was. Rio is also pretty cool and I like his color too. Not much else to say about the other ones, they're OK.
Ostriches are one of my favorite villager species since I'm fond of birds in real life, and so many of these villagers are unique and interesting looking.
My favorite Ostrich villager is Sprocket, due to his unique robotic design. As I said in the Frog thread, I love the robot designs that Sprocket and Ribbot have and I hope we get more of them for other species in the future. Fortunately, I have both Sprocket and Ribbot in one of my towns as neighbors.
My second favorite Ostrich is Julia, due to her peacock coloration. She's very colorful and interesting, and it's also intriguing because being a female, she's technically a peahen rather than a peacock, and peahens in the real world lack the extravagant tail feathers and vibrant coloration of the peacock. So, she's quite unique.
Third favorite is Phoebe, since she's based off of a phoenix.
Fourth is Flora, for her flamingo design.
Other good Ostriches for me include Blanche, Cranston, and Gladys. It's a shame Rio didn't return in the Welcome Amiibo update, she had a nice look as well.
The ostriches are another species group that I think have really great character designs overall. I love how a lot of them very obviously represent certain real life species. They are one of the only species where I like all the villagers designs (I’m going by new leaf ostriches only since I don’t know the others). If only there was a cranky ostrich I probably would have tried going for an all ostrich town. Anyways my favourites are Blanche and Phoebe, who are in my bird town currently. I also love Cranston, Gladys, and Flora’s designs. My least liked would be Phil because I’m not a fan of smugs. I also have a small issue with Sandy’s design. She looks SO good in promotional pictures but when you call her RV and look at her closely I feel like there’s something about her eyeshadow that doesn’t look rendered properly. I don’t know if it’s just me or if anyone else is bothered by it haha.
I voted for Julia. I love her peacock coloration. I've never had any of the ostrich villagers in my town, but I do have Julia's and Sandy's RV cards. They have very nice furniture that I want to keep access to so I'll never move them in.
Out of the others, I think Gladys, Blanche and Phoebe have really nice designs. I wouldn't mind having any of them in my town.
Blanche for sure!! She has such an elegant look to her, which definitely makes sense given her personality. I would like to have her in one of my towns some day.
I love Gladys, her design is a Japanese folktale. I had her in my town but she moved so I gotta cycle 16 villagers. Bye Tammy, Bertha and Quillson! I have Flora and Blanche in my town, and they're cute. :] I accidentally gave Flora a green bench now her house is mixed.
Hard to pick just one, but I did it anyway. :> I chose Flora, not only because she looks like/is a flamingo, but she's also one of the cutest from the bunch. I had a hard time picking between Flora, Phil and Julia.
Phil I like because he reminds me of Falco and his smug personality is a perfect fit for the combo
Julia is also cute and unique in the same sense as Flora, only she resembles/is a peacock.
Sprocket isn't bad either. I think he looks cool and I like that he's a robot like Ribbot.
I like Gladys and Blanche, too.
Ostrich villagers seem interesting enough to have in your town at least once.
i actually like quite a few of the ostriches, namely blanche, cranston, flora, gladys, julia, and phoebe. i really like how they based so many of them off of other real birds. if i had to pick one absolute favourite though it'd probably be gladys but i do have a soft spot for julia too... ahh.
i don't really like phil or sandy, personally i'm not a fan of their colour schemes or overall designs.
This one was pretty hard to pick for me since quiet a few of them have very nice designs in my opinion. I ended up voting flora as I love her design very much and she is the only ostrich that I have had in my town before. However Gladys and Julia are very good contenders and I haven?t actually seen them in the game (only on images) so I wouldn?t really know. Flora had a very sweet personality and I really liked her at the time.
Cranston is a pretty cool dude, he's got a really funky eyemask. Also I forgot Flora existed when I voted but I think she's really cute, and I like the flamingo representation.
Flora. I don't know why but I think her peppy personality really fits her. I had her for a while in my town Skullbay but I let her go. Kinda regretted it after a while. Also, flamingos are just plain awesome.

Gladys has been one of my favorite villagers for sucha long time, and I still love her today, she's definitely in my top 3 dreamies.
Blanche is also part of my dreamies, I love how pure and gorgeous she looks.
Phoebe is my favorite. She is a phoneix and I really like her Uchi personality. She is my 3rd oldest villager so I am very attched to her. Overall she looks the coolest to me. I also like Flora though too, with how she looks like a flamingo.

Cranston's design is super nice and he has the most hilarious room design in all of AC.
Phil is the only smug that doesn't terrify me.
And Blanche's design is so nice too, I love when the animals have mostly white designs. Plus people think her name is a golden girls reference, like c'mon.... what's not to like here?
