I think My Neighbor Totoro is still my favorite. While it wasn't as profound or cinematic as other works (like Spirited Away or Grave of the Fireflies), it had a very calm, cheerful, peaceful atmosphere. Plus, Totoro's super huge mouth always made me laugh. I first saw it during a very difficult period of my life, and it quickly became one of my favorite ways to cheer myself up and relax.
I appreciated it even more so after I had lived in an extremely rural Japanese village like the one in the film, and saw how perfectly the sights, sound and friendly nature of the people and rural life were represented in the film.
I haven't gotten around to watching all of them, but my favorite of the ones I have seen is Princess Mononoke.
I also have a soft spot for My Neighbor Totoro since my best friend likes it, and I also enjoyed Grave of the Fireflies, Spirited Away, and Howl's Moving Castle.
Spirited Away - First one I ever saw and I love it!
Howl's Moving Castle (eh)
Kiki's Delivery Service - love it!
Ponyo - Not bad
My Neighbor Totoro - love it!
The Wind Rises (eh)
When Marine was there - love it!
