Some DLC repeats I wouldn't mind actually. If only they could add additional items to sets, that would be great. Seeing a Sleek TV or Modern Wood Stereo would be awesome.

Checked Nintendo zone again just now using iPhone, new Europe Nintendo zone item is the Clerk's shirt again.

As I said libra scale is the normal DLC item, you need to go to a Nintendo zone and connect to that wifi to download the other DLC. Here's a link to help you find the hotspot https://www.nintendo.co.uk/Nintendo-3DS/StreetPass/Hotspot-Finder/Hotspot-Finder-116574.html.

Alternatively if you have an iPhone you can set up a personal hotspot and use that, just rename it the_cloud. I think it would work on an android as well if that can set up a hotspot.
