I believe that's one of those DLCs that was never released? (Like the Argyle Tank)
I have no idea. It could be a beta item or something that was just never released!

EDIT: Oh, looks like it was released in EU. Strange, I don't think anyone has had it before...
Unless it's something like a Foosball table that was just translated differently in another region?

No. This is the first time that the Aquarius Urn was released for North American version players.

They have not yet been released.

I'm going off of what I heard from these two. I do know someone who had a Blue Argyle Tank up for sale, but that doesn't mean it was obtained legitimately through DLC.
There are ways of "hacking" to unlock DLC items early.

Europe got a football table as DLC I can confirm (I'm in the UK) you're correct it's the Foosball table in the American version.

At least I can tell Kimbap Plate is released last year in Korean version, that's for sure. So it can be legitimate while I admit there already had been lots of hacked Kimbap Plates going on here and there.

Did anyone get any news about the new DLC? Someone stated it's the ogre mask. I'm not sure if that's true though..

Sadly it looks like the Japanese items will only be available through Nintendo Zone. I just got a letter today saying that the Red Ogre Mask will be available from February 1st - February 15th.

I thought it might be items like that, pretty cool . I got several masks from my friends town and they're cool. If you have an iPhone able to set up a wi fi hotspot (or some android phones) you can connect to a Nintendo Zone at home. Just name your hotspot Bestbuy (USA only) and connect your 3DS to it.

Sucks that you guys don't have Nintendo zone , I thought all regions did. As you get Europe DLC, In Europe you can do the above by naming your hotspot _Thecloud, maybe that will also work for you?

You need a phone capable of setting up a personal hotspot, I use my iPhone 5S but you can use certain android phones as well. You'll know if your phone can do it as there will be an option/tab under Internet settings to set up personal hotspot, usually right at the top. Just rename your hotspot _TheCloud and connect your 3DS to your phone wifi, that's it .

I think some networks charge for using the personal hotspot, not sure.

Hmm, I tried doing that with mine but it kept saying an access point wasn't in range...
