I sadly don't know in the european version ... I have one, but I don't time-travel with this one.
As for the blue & yellow, they are 100% available in the NA or english-speaking EUR version, as I got them along with the fizzy apple juice.

I still think it's random, but I really don't know about the red & green ones, as I never ttd to 31.12.

Judging by the DLC we have left to receive and the Astrology set being monthly releases, or at least rumoured to be, do we think there'll be any more? Also I was wondering if the DLC is already programmed into the game?

As there has been no official announcement as to when and to what regions some of this DLC will be released in, it is all listed as "future" DLC. Yes, they'll all already be programmed into the game as the game itself (the code and what-not) has to be compiled before being added to a cart. You can't add things to code once it's compiled. ie. the items are in the game, just need the correct permissions to access them (in this case a certain router address and time)... I think anyway xD

It's really cool how they release the full moon on chuseok, which is the festivale of full moon.

They should've done this with the jack-in-the-box on halloween, snowman in winter and festive wreath on christmas too

it's an in-game item called the "moon", the Nooklings sell it as a spotlight item. 32k iirc.
