hopefully there isn't a thread about this already but-
So yeah, the overall theme of this thread is to post random fun facts lol.

Fun fact: The longest word in English has 189,819 letters, and it would take a person 3 and 1/2 hours to pronounce it fully
(there's literally videos of people pronouncing it on youtube-)

their are such things as rainbow carrots with many different tastes and textures.

"fun" fact: Chlorine naturally has no smell in water. The reaction b/t pee and chlorine is what creates that distinct chlorine smell...so if you're in a pool that smells of chlorine, well...

Well this is truly something I don't know whether I wanted to know or not but I'm going to make y'all read it.

Just to add to the fun animal trivia, wombat poop comes out cube-shaped.

There was 64 years in between the first and second Bambi movies, making it the longest period between any sequels

denver, the capital of the state i live in, is exactly one mile above sea level! we call it mile-high city

The TV show "Days of our Lives" has 13,630 episodes of right now, and if you were to watch the show 24 hours a day continuously with the commercials and intro song cut out, it would still take over an entire year to finish.

In the 1830s, Ohio and Michigan almost went to war over an eight-mile-wide strip of land.
