i’m asking this as ness and toads are starting to become the main focus again and this time i think it’s more distracting when every player has come in now. i will still say why we should lynch ness but i don’t want to ignore the other sus players

If shawo, heyden, pathetic and some peeps who arent vocal enuf I would have confidently change my reads by now....

I personally understood heyden's opinion on antonio and I respect his choice voting him and he's sounds pushy his voting or smthing. He still sticks to Antonio but if no one is voting antonio he might switch to Shawo if i recall correctly and I dont understand why

Shawo's voting heyden is also understandable as well, they kinda see Antonio as easy target and being pushy about it. They're new so ye

And oh btw just because Antonio has like weird toning patterns doesn't mean he gets a free pass i wanna give him until night 1 - day 2 before ill determine his alignment and as much as I wanna townread antonio i still cant yet for now but I still wanna hear more from him instead of like "oh ness and unravel took their opinions i ran out of words" its so hard to read him rn

Sorry all for the derail, but when I see hypocrisy... I call it out. The long story short of my big posts and big mad callout is this

Ness to me, imo, is being hypocritical partially for some out of game stuff he DMed me and I referenced. That on top of he was crucifying daniel for an ISO that seemed warranted and natural to me, made me kinda just disregard his whole argument. I think daniel is town

Still think Ness is scummy throughout all this playing a victim and wanting to call the shots. He is hardcore trying to direct and tunnel-vision the town as a whole and thats not pro-town on any plane.
 
If I'm the lynch today then just know that I really don't care that much anymore. Sorry for whoever has to replace into this mess but I'm not going to be playing mafia anymore after this. I'm sorry this escalated into what it became and I apologize for anyone that was uncomfortable.

Pretty sure I'm the only one who was really upset by things you have directly said and your actions, I explained to you 5 times over about it. If you don't want to just own up to it and understand why I would react so viscerally then, its no skin off my nose.

anyone who outed a “100%” read on me is just pure bsing just to seem like they’re contributing to the conversation

unedited, from yesterday, didn’t finish reading or posting because major cba and i was multitasking: the first pages or so were such a boring drag that it's relatively pointless to thoroughly read through Ness vs. The World. I don't scumread Ness for their reaction to some of the comments I read. It genuinely just feels like apart of their personality to be like that. then again, i've never played with any of you nor do i know any of you.

anyways im pretty sure ness is just town. idk what history any of you have but it’s annoying and keep it out of the game. if you can’t handle being called **** don’t play mafia in the first place even if it’s somewhat of a personal jab. i doubt you’ll get replaced for a reason like that anywa

i will post something more concise when im on my pc because mobile tbt is complete aids

it could all be some rly bad wifom but i think ness is the worst vote today reads-wise and either way i read one post from toads and got townpush vibes from it so

daniel: ur honestly really tricky to read. i'm afraid of townreading you because you'd probably slip under my radar and i could be completely wrong. what really struck out to me is that you mentioned glow which is my main sr while barely anyone else mentioned her beyond a line or two or just flat out townread her. you're my main tr atm but i'm scared of one of the "stronger" or "active" players being mafia. I actually think you and ness have a high potential of being town, but that leaves toads as also town, and I don't know how I feel about that, despite me somewhat townreading them. in your earlier posts, you have a wide range of a lynch pool (antonio, glow, ness) and that's the only thing that really stuck out to me despite you getting on glow for that.

toads: you seem like a really strong player just based off of how you talk along w/ damniel, this is my first game playing with you all so i won't be very good at tone-reading much because i don't have past experiences. i've really liked and agreed with most of your posts so far. your thought process is understandable and you seem frustrated with ness rather than trying to bandwagon onto a quick vote, but i could also be completely wrong and you're just using that as leverage.

ness: i don't know if this is what "experienced" is supposed to be but the way you play is incredibly arrogant (at times) and aggressive for really no reason at all. when the heat's finally on you for how you've been playing, you cry for a replacement? because you're being "insulted"? in a game like mafia? you're unreadable to me. i initially townread you but this entire game is revolved around you now so idk i'll have to reread half of your posts because i barely read your push on damniel not gonna lie

glow: my main sr atm, made incredibly weak posts (or, post i guess) and reads and then dipped. my main focus is what damniel actually pointed out in one of his posts (which made me soft tr him), the fact that she outed relatively no reads under a guise of a "scumpool" along w/ a extremely weak side-comment about my inactivity and how she is fine with a "placeholder" vote.

antonio: surprisingly, i actually really like your tone despite people saying otherwise. in a lot of your posts, you come off as genuine to me lol

shawo: nothing much to really see here. i just like their posts. i like their attempt at (albeit weakly) contributing and being recognized through their reads (specifically mentioning to damniel that they just "wanted to let him know) even though their troll posts were kinda awk

heyden, unravel: idk soz post more unravel you're silly i like you


1) i think i'm misreading in (ness, toads, daniel), or that's just my paranoia of reading "stronger" or more "condensed" players wrong

2) none of these are concrete townreads and they are liable to change at any time

3) i don't like how 2-3 people mentioned me as a placeholder vote of some sort when the focus was clearly on ness v. daniel


I have too many townleans and too little scumreads to actively fos anyone besides glow, who was the only person who really stuck out to me, but she also said she would be inactive due to exams shortly after. I cba to reread any more of the early game because it's a bunch of bs.
 
i’m still on the train back home but i’m glad that pathetic has posted since now each player has given some sort of substance at this point

i’m still sus of glow but i dont want to lynch her yet bc she hasn’t had the chance to give her lynch thoughts or defend herself

unsurpingly, i’m going to be voting for ness but i will further explain when i finish my read post on everyone (making sense of what to think of pathetic may take me some more time so their read may be underdeveloped)
 
I may as well not replace out if it’s going to be a strain on finding someone.

I don’t know what else to defend myself from here. If the only real reason I’m being voted up is because I’m “emotional” then alright. I didn’t think I was being controlling but it seems like nobody is listening to me when I say Daniel is scummy. If I had to pick a couple of people I’d be suspicious of going forward, it’s Daniel or Toadsworthy.

I view myself right now as being a pretty easy target to lock onto here and I did it to myself, somehow. We’ll just have to see where y’all certainty gets you.

Actually no, less Toadsworthy and more suspicious of Heyden. Still kinda hate his case on Antonio because it doesn’t really add up.

I will say this, however. Antonio, glow, Shawo, and Pathetic shouldn’t be the wagons for the next few days. I can possibly see Antonio or glow but I expect both of them to really step it up the next few phases, they both have a history of that.

At least one scum is in the following: Heyden, Daniel, Toadsworthy. I don’t think any of those 3 players could be teamed together, but maybe Heyden and Daniel.

Unravel is in a bit of a wacky no-mans land for me. I can’t really tell which way I’m swinging regarding her alignment. Don’t count her out but she’s kinda up in the air at this point in time.
 
okay here are my reads. btw i don't know a lot of your guys' pronouns so just lmk if you wanna share them in your next post or something

ness - to get my thoughts on him all in one place, i still think that we should lynch him. ignoring the whole emotional thing and his tone, his behavior throughout the game hasn't been very helpful. he's spent most of the game voicing his sus on me (which has valid points ill give him that), but he's focused on me so much that his opinions on everyone else are underdeveloped. besides focusing on me, the most notable thing he's done is defend antonio. his biggest criticism of me is that all my posts have little substance and don't contribute much, but i would argue that he's being hypocritical since he has only been very thorough with my posts. it seems that he wants to focus everyone's attention on one person instead of giving a comprehensive list on everyone and other scum candidates. and with him wanting to drop out of the game, yeah its very clear that he's frustrated but i don't see dropping out as a sign of emotional town. the last time i played maf i tried getting replaced cuz i didn't want to deal with all the pressure i was facing. so while i can see that he might just be town not having fun anymore, i think dropping out can come from either alignment. if he does get replaced out you could argue that we should give this slot a chance, but tbh im so torn with this slot that im willing to take the chance and keep my vote on him

toads- as said before, toads is one of my strongest town reads so far. his behavior lines up with what i remember from the past- he's pretty blunt and not scared to share an opinion or call someone out. toads lack of a filter seems to me to be like he has no reason to hold back or be scared of any repercussions, which is what i would expect maf to do. he seems to be very diligent at defending me which could be seen as an attempt to buddy with me, but tbh i don't think this is the case. also, if ness flips maf then toads is 99% not maf. a major factor for ness wanting to drop out if toads consistent arguments with him and i doubt a maf would drive their teammate out of the game like that


heyden- i like Heyden's posts as they show that he read the game pretty thoruhoghly and was able to notice small details like unravel not answering a qrs which i don't think is nitpicking. he's called out antonio and unravel and was the first to do so, so i think that he's making an effort to analyze other players while not joining the main discussions happening.

unravel- yea she's pretty null for me lol. i think out of all the cases made against me so far, hers reads as the least forced/not tunnely. however she hasn't really been to active in her scum hunting and doesn't really interact with anyone much besides like me heyden and ness. need more time to think about this one tbh

pathetic- i initially thought that they were just going to be an inactive and be replaced out but i was surprised that they made some pretty detailed posts. one thing i find off is that they kinda just act like they weren?t inactive for most of d1, but i think this is not scum telling since i would imagine scum would have at least been coasting earlier. pathetics posts are pretty through and i haven?t fully looked into it yet since of the little time we have left, but overall i find these posts to be more town leaning. i would like to hear more on their thoughts on antonio since it?s pretty vague what they mean by they like his posts. this is the weakest tr i have

shawo- with their joking in the beginning aside, its pretty clear that they have a good understanding of how mafia works and on the game so far. although i don't agree with their vote or read on heyden, i can appreciate that the view thoughts they've given so far are pretty individual and not piggybacking on someone. they still haven't said enough for me to make a strong read yet so this is at null but im tempted to read them as town

glow - as said before, glow has been someone who ik is a strong player and has had a presence this whole d1 but hasn't given too much content yet. only two of their posts so far are actually serious and those posts are really only comments on what was going on at the time. i would figure that glow would've provided something deeper or actively scum hunt but their passiveness is a bit off to me. granted, they said they had an exam so this can easily be explained by not being able to focus on the game yet. still, though this is truthly my weakest scum read im still a bit sus and want to here more general thoughts from them.

antonio- if not ness then i think we should lynch antonio, ignoring the writing style choices i found before (bc those were very minor things), his presense has just been very minimal and mediocre. he's the other player that's been very fixated on me which is fine enough but like ness he also hasn't developed deep enough opinions on the other players. (tbh i don't think there's been enough talk on the newcomers shawo and pathetic but this applies to everyone). i think that a few of his points on me are fine enough to believe but he also hasn't really provided a comprehensive list on anyone else. the main difference between ness and antonio in my head is that ness is one of the most active players so far but has done much but tunnel while antonio has gone to the sidelines except when he tunnels. i would like to hear more assertive opinions on the other players and who he thinks the other maf besides me and his town reads too. one problem im having with this read though is that i don't see him being teamed with ness since ness has defending antonio while only saying his tone is genuine, so if ness flips maf im less sure of antonio.

so yea i still think it's ness. as for his teammates im not sure since he hasn't interacted enough with the other players for me to get that strong sense yet. but i can imagine it being ness with glow/unravel and maybe shawo
