Have you ever dreamed about animal crossing?

I have very weird and vivid dreams, but one that will forever stick out was one I had about acnl. Well it was actually a nightmare haha.

At that point I hadn't played in a couple of months. It was before welcome amiibo so villagers still moved out when you didn't play, and I was anxious to open it to see who had moved. I was hoping that out of all the villagers, that Patty would move. I really didn't like her. She moved right on top of a bunch of hybrid flowers I was breeding and I was so mad!

So the dream was of the top screen of acnl, and when I loaded the game Isabelle was super scared, and said that Patty was mad at me. So I loaded the game and it was a cloudy day, and all of my villagers were gloomy. I talked to Pecan and she told me to stay away from Patty. Eventually I ran into her, and she was carrying scissors??? Then she started chasing me. So my town was covered in flowers at that point, so I made it a rule to not run. So while Patty was chasing me in my dream, I refused to run to not destroy any flowers lol! Before anything else happened I woke up.

I think the weirdest part was it was in acnl graphics and the calming music was playing while I was speed walking away from Patty.

Have any of you had dreams about animal crossing or am I just weird?

I have, but not a nightmare. Mostly just the usually day in AC type stuff. I really want to read more AC nightmare stories... I've been reading AC nosleep stories and watching people on youtube playing through horror dreamtowns. I like spoop...

Probably the oddest AC related dream I had was many years ago, during the era of City Folk. Initially I was just wandering through my town like normal, before discovering that the whole place was infested with alligators from the Namco game Gator Panic. They looked like they had been poorly cropped into the game with basic video editing software. I ran into my house, only to discover the alligators were in there as well. Ran upstairs, there were still alligators. At this point I was getting rather anxious, as someone is prone to be when their house is being overrun with alligators, and jumped out the window. I don't remember anything after that.

I've had a lot of other AC related dreams as well. One of them I was going to have my City Folk house upgraded with a second floor. I had no idea what my new exterior would look like, and my dream imagined it as a huge castle. When I woke up and checked my town I was a bit disappointed that it was a lot better in my dream. It was still a nice building though.

I've had a few where I just wander around my New Leaf town. Not much actually happens during these dreams. Sometimes I talk to villagers but I never remember what they actually say.

I never really had a dream based of animal crossing but I had one wtf dream that involved one of my old acnl villagers Eunice the normal sheep. What happened was that I stumbled upon her but instead of her usual sheep body she had the body of a fish and instead of a fish head there was her head instead which looked like it had been copy and pasted in. It's the only thing I remember about that dream really

Mostly just bad things haha. Whenever I cannot remember where I put an item I will usually dream about it, worrying about villagers moving, my town being ruined, etc.

I've had dreams about Animal Crossing yes! For example I remember one dream where Kidd was bouncing on a pogo stick, during the title screen animation if I remember correctly.

I had dreamt once that they dropped a trailer for the Switch game out of nowhere, but when I tried to look it up to show someone I couldn't find it. I got really frustrated, then woke up frustrated. The whole ordeal was frustrating.

I often dream about Animal Crossing. I had some scary dreams (wouldn't call them nightmares though) based on the whale rumour in ACGC. Once, I was fishing inside a cavern and a huge crocodile (whale sized) threw itself out of the water trying to get me. I've had a few of those dreams.

My favorite dream was about a new villager that was a walking, talking pine tree named Jussi.

when i was little, i dreamt about someone coming into my town and taking all my villagers away. i woke up crying because it was so sad.

Right before I went to bed one night I was reading a thread about hacking on club tortimer and I had a dream that they all came to my town and took all my villagers and stuff haha
When I was little I used to play ww but being the emotional person I am, I couldn't bear the emotional strain of caring for my dear little town any longer (it was stressing me out at school and I was worried about my villagers) so I sold the game card and I had dreams of my villagers crying wondering where I had gone

Sometimes I have AC dreams when I get really into playing it. I distinctly remember one dream when I was in my town and I could definitely make out it was the animal crossing world because of the fruit trees and hibiscus bushes.. but then again I don?t remember interacting with any villagers. I just remember the landscape and the feel. I usually dream about games I?m currently obsessing over. Now I?ve been having some splatoon related dreams... but they are nightmares of getting wrecked in ranked lol ._.

the other day i had a dream that the space next to my house that i saved for a villager my friend was holding for me was suddenly occupied by like,, a commercial building or something? like some sort of pwp that i couldn't demolish and i was really sad because i wanted to be next door neighbors with that villager (( but then i remembered that my house was next to a rock so nothing could actually be built next to it dlfkgjdlkfjg

other times i just dream of doing errands around town like fishing and stuff? or talking to the villagers about stuff but i always wake up because i realize that those things can't happen in game huhu

I haven't had any Animal Crossing dreams in quite a while, unfortunately, but during the Gamecube and Wild World days I certainly dreamed about it more than a few times.

I actually had a dream about Animal Crossing last night, but it wasn't anything really interesting. I was playing the game like normal and my villagers kept giving me furniture items that would go in a classroom. I've never even thought about making a classroom before, but Hugh did give me a righty desk last night when I was playing for real, so I guess that sparked the dream.

Maybe I remember briefly dreaming about it. Though, after playing for long periods of time I can still hear the sound of bugs or town tunes. (Crazy, right?)

A week ago, I had a really weird dream that had something to do with Pocket Camp. All I remember
was that real life things now had to be paid with Leaf Tickets and there was also a giant phone? Idk,
it was so weird (and kinda creepy) I forgot about it real quick.
