It's a Brazilian soft drink made of Guaraná, a fruit from the Amazon Rainforest. It's the most popular soft drink/soda in Brazil. I'm not much of a fan of soda, to be honest, but this one is just too good.

I know it's available in other countries (mainly in the US, Japan and in some European countries, as well as some other South American countries), and I've always been curious to know what people from other places think of it (not counting youtube "react" videos).

I haven’t tried this but I would love to. Literally anything Brazilian that I’ve tried has been fantastic.

From the UK, I've never seen it before! I don't drink sugary drinks anyway though lol, too sweet for my bitter tastes.

Unfortunately, no. I have never seen that before. I live in a very rural area of the US so we don't get very many international items. I'd be willing to try it if I ever had the chance, though.

Brasil! E aí!

Yeah, this is absurdly popular here, and I've found that Amazon does sell it in the US (and in Canada too, I believe). I find it very different from Mtn Dew, as Dew has a more citric flavor. I've seen some people from other countries who say it's kinda like a mix between cherries and apples, but I think there's nothing that tastes like guaraná.

Youre right dew is way more citric
I never thougt about this mixture but one thing i can say is that guarana has an unique flavor
Other berry that i also love in Brazil is Acai
Omg is one of my favorites fruits to have in a summer day

No! I haven't.

It sounds super intriguing though! Do you know if it's available anywhere online? :0

I have! :D It's one of my favorite sodas (along with Materva). I'm Brazilian-American but it was easy to find in California via the ethnic food isle. Since I've moved to the East Coast, it isn't as easy to find here but there are a few Brazilian and Latino stores here that sell it.

I used to drink it during birthday parties with pizza, with some brigadeiros for dessert! :) Guaraná and Havaianas are probably the most popular Brazilian products here among Brazilian-Americans in the U.S.

It's available in the US? How come I've never seen one? 😢

I'm not a soda person myself but your description made me want to try one out, at least once, just to know what kind of flavor it has.
